UNTIL.... Jax Patient Care came into our life. They have become our extended family. We have been so blessed by them. If my father canceled a trip for any reason the owners called to check on him & find out if there was anything they could do. Talk about above & beyond. Ken & Amy have made us feel so special and important to their company. When we see them we greet with hugs, their staff is the most efficient and well trained. Everyone is polite, courteous and thorough. I've never had a complaint and I am not one to win over easy, especially concerning my father. I used this transport service several times in the past week to get me to doctor appointments, to…read morethe hospital for surgery and from the hospital to home. With a fractured kneecap I was unable to maneuver the 4 steps leading into my house. JaxCare was able to send two men to lift me out on a stretcher. The transporters were courteous, sympathetic, gentle and very patient. It is very pricey if you are going by stretcher as they have to send two men but the peace of mind of not maneuvering the stairs was worth it.

Wow! R & R Transit is THE BEST transit service! They are a very respectful and caring private owned…read morecompany that even transport patients to or from the hospital...or errands. My 87 year old mother in law (who has alzheimers) was returning from the hospital from hip surgery. We thought an ambulance would have to take her home ..however R & R Transit did such a superior job....they were like a limosuine ambulance service...they even allowed me to join mom and ride with Mom!! Their new transit van was so clean and classy and made specifically to haul "gurneys" and wheelchairs. My mother in law was still in pain from her hip surgery and they transferred her to (and from) their "gurney" so smoothly, with such care & love that helped to put my mother in law quickly at ease. They were SO thoughtful to lift the gurney over each bump/ridge in the hospital to provide a smoother ride for Mom. The transit ride was equally pleasant. The driver and helper were a great team and very respectful to us and each other, very easy to visit with. I would very highly recommend R & R Transit.
