History

Established in 2007.

Action Motorsports was established in June of 2007 by Craig and Julie Martin as a KTM only dealership. Through the first four years, the dealership grew with Husaberg, Kymco, and Beta franchises. Craig has over 30 years experience in the Motorcycle Industry including 10 years at Kawasaki Motor Corp in Irvine, CA. Through the 10 years at KMC, Craig ran the Kawasaki Team Green amateur motocross program. Craig worked with young riders to help them become professional athletes. Riders such as, James Steward, Ryan Villopoto, Andrew Short, Blake Bagget, and Trey Canard are just a few of the riders that Craig had worked with. Currently, Action Motorsports sits on top of the Region in many areas. With consistantly having 150 units in inventory, Action definately has the largest inventory in the region. Meet the Business Owner: Craig M.

As the dealer principal, I bring over 30 years of motorcycle industry experience to the dealership. I spent the first fifteen years of my adult life at the dealership level. I have held every position through these fifteen years including parts, service, parts manager, service manager, sales, sales manager, and general manager. The next couple of years I managed a manufacturer/distributor of off-road apparel. Through the years I took on the best in both motocross and off-road as a racer. I worked my way up from a beginner to a professional competing professionally in Motocross, National Hare Scrambles, GNCC, and Arenacross events. In 1985 I was awarded a Kawasaki Team Green ride to race motocross. In 1986 I switched to a support ride from Husqvarna to compete in the 6 day qualifiers and more off-road events.
