I got assigned this company through roadside assistance. I submitted the request at 10am, and they…read moresaid it would be 1-2 hours, which I thought was fairly normal. A little after the 2-hour mark, I called to check in. The guy I spoke with was nice and said they were busy and it would be another hour. I told him no problem. After waiting another 2 hours, I called again and got sent straight to voicemail. I called 9 more times, all spread out about 10-20 minutes apart, with no response. After waiting over 5 and a half hours total, they finally told me they weren't able to do the job. I don't know if this was a one-time issue or not, but I personally wouldn't rely too much on this company for timely or dependable service.

This was a rough day for me, slid off the road twice and almost flew off a bridge while pregnant and with a dog.... needless to say I was shaken up and upset. The service with Pigg towing wasn't anything but spectacular. Fast and extremely nice. We towed my truck back to Dallas and talked the whole way about families and dogs and music... it was just a great experience. How often can you say waiting on a tow let alone being towed isn't awkward or a frustrating experience? Most of the time. But this was a nice, family owned company, and I really felt like I was in good hands. We even stopped to grab a snack and some water... he made me eat because I'm pregnant, haha, typical dad move.
