They have an elevator so its not so bad. One thing I would love to point out to management. One day I got their early for my 8am appt. and I noticed staff parking as close to the building as they can. I would love to recommend to any higher ups that the patients coming here are coming here because they are in pain. I would recommend the staff park in the back of the parking lot and save the front spots for patients. My first visit was with a really nice guy (I forgot his name) but he seemed to do the evaluation and decide what you needed, he gave me a few stretches to do at home and I made an appt for the following week. My next 2 visits were with Jenn. She is Ahh-mazing. Another one of her patients referred to her as a Cactus that has a beautiful flower, but will hurt you- or something similar but its perfect for her lol When she is working on you it can hurt, but when she is done you really feel so much better. She is friendly, listens to your concerns and a really great multi tasker. I do hope she gets a break as she is always very busy when I go in. But when she is working with you, she gives you her full attention. She is surely an asset to Fyzical Therapy and the only person I will see from now on.
