She paid over $450 for this service, only to find out that they listed the car's color as black instead of the yellow. When she called and explained this to the dealership they said it was her problem and that they couldn't do anything. They certainly had no issue collecting money for this. After going back and forth with sales she was left to deal with this herself. If you are looking for a Toyota, I suggest to shop other dealerships. Route 44 cares nothing after the sale.
