After talking to Nelson for several minutes and me asking a bunch of dumb questions, I set up time to get a new set of keys. I also had another set of keys (of course or how else would I drive there) where the buttons literally fell out and we lost them. In about 45 minutes, I got a brand new set of keys and a replacement for the other broken set for at least $60 less than getting a new set from a dealer. If I need keys (or safes - because they have a bunch), I will certainly come back here.

Beware! I bought a used TL30 safe that I was assured had not been drilled. I explained how I was…read morejust as concerned about fire protection as theft. Shortly after delivery I noticed a small hole opening up in the front so I took off the inside panel and found a drill hole. From the outside this hole was filled just enough so it could not be seen but moving the safe made it start to break up. Had there been a fire the heat would have incinerated the very things I sought to protect. I bought a TL30 safe to protect these things that I have now had to put back into a safe storage location. I did not want to have to leave reviews like this, I asked them to return my money and take the safe back but they said yeah it's drilled but it's OK because it's drilled over here not over there. Drilled is drilled! They wanted to fill the hole in again which obviously didn't work the first time, saying, this is how we do it. When I refused they tried to charge me another $800.00 to remove what never should have been sold to me in the first place. Noone drills thru 1.75 inches of solid steel for no reason, they sold me a safe that someone had gotten into. Now I'm forced to deal with a lawyer and go to court, not what I signed up for especially with a company that you need to be able to trust because they have to set the combination on those type of safes. I gave them 1 star only because it doesn't let you give less. Beware! It doesn't matter how long a business has been around it's who runs it now!

I walked into Fox Chase, and asked if they could re-key and I would pick it up later in the day. They said I could wait if I wanted. I got a quick bite to eat, and the old cylinders were re-keyed, cleaned, and lubricated when I got back, and at a very reasonable price! GREAT JOB GUYS!!!!

They told me they'd be there at 6; by 6:45 they were still a no show, and hadn't called, so I called in. The person who answered promised to get ahold of the locksmith, but by 7:20 I still hadn't heard anything - from him or the locksmith. I called back again and he simply told me the locksmith never returned his text - no explanation for why he didn't call me, no apology, just seemed to not at all think this was unusual. Given locksmiths are usually called in emergencies, I definitely would not depend on them again.

The locksmith that was sent to our home spoke absolutely no English and could not understand one word we were saying. On the door leading from the garage into the house he installed ONLY a deadbolt with no doorknob and no handle. I've never seen a door setup that way in my entire 40+ year life. The door now cannot be closed and unlocked at the same time. He did absolutely no cleanup and I had to sweep and pickup all of the work areas myself around all the doors. When I called the next day to complain and ask for another visit (by someone who speaks English), I was told they would call me back but they NEVER did. Take your business somewhere else.

Despite the extreme heat, he stayed focused, professional, and made sure both keys were programmed perfectly before he left. Days later, when my trunk unexpectedly stopped working, Abraham traveled from New Jersey to my home in Philadelphia, fixed the issue promptly, and didn't charge me anything extra. His professionalism, integrity, and dedication were outstanding . In my opinion, Abraham is exactly the kind of employee every company hopes to have. I'd easily see him leading a whole department & mentoring other technicians under detailed work ethic. Well I'm not changing nor taking down my review this time! You screwed my door up, the paddle handle that did work before two of their technicians came out and now does not work at all! Your technicians are so unprofessional they don't even tell you they are leaving and that there is a problem and they weren't able to fix it. Had some email communication ahead of calling them to replace locks on new house. Showed up on time a few days later with a lock I didn't pick out, beyond the color (black), but didn't mind how it looked; it was fine. Replaced the lock and was charged OVER DOUBLE the price ($380). The locksmith was very nice but the work was done, so what was I going to do? I told him I was quoted closer to $200 and he said I had been communicating with his mom, and it was her call. Also, black locks were more expensive, apparently. I will take responsibility for not confirming the amount before the work was being done but I felt totally taken advantage of. The process of moving is stressful (and expensive!) as it is. Was very happy to call a small, family owned business but this was a terrible feeling and was completely price gouged. Two stars because it's been a few months and the lock is working just as expected.
