We asked thrm for a quote to negotiate our purchase and they gave us the run around for almost two full weeks (one person said we had to pay for the engineer to come out tobget a quote, another said they could just give us a ballpark estimate quickly). I finally spoke to the owner, Jim, who said he would send us a "range". After saying that, we were completely ghosted by them. They did not return calls or emails and we never got an estimate. They cost us about three weeks in our purchase process.
