Our septic tank hadn't been pumped in well over a decade. It's a seasonal house, but it had still been entirely too long. We didn't even know exactly where it was, but Frasier & Son spent the time in the rain looking around for it. When we found it, full to the brim (no surprise, but lucky it hadn't overflowed), they pumped it out for us. They also were amazingly friendly as they explained what was going on, let us know what we should do in the future, and cleaned up after themselves. The price seemed more than fair for how much work they put in, and we'll certainly be calling them up for any septic needs going forward. Thanks guys!

The day of the installation, the installer called two different times to let me know he was delayed on another job giving me an estimated time of arrival. He took time, even on his birthday, to make sure the doors worked properly making minor adjustments to be sure everything was aligned and functional. The day after the installation, one of the doors wouldn't close properly. I called the company and they sent two people to check the problem. Turns out I had bumped the laser eye at the bottom of the door which prevented the door from closing. Simple and quick fix. I highly recommend this company.

Funny, personable, and *extremely* knowledgeable. He coordinated with our attached neighbor so both sides would be done at once and the roofline would look seamless. The pricing was well within expectations. When work started, his crew arrived promptly each morning and got straight to work. I must say, these guys work fast and hard. It's worth mentioning that they cleaned up their debris beautifully. The place was spotless when they finished. Brian has a good sense of cosmetics on the house and he wrapped the windowsills and replaced a rotted piece. You can see the difference immediately, in the pictures. It looks like a brand new home. I asked for a few things, in order to lower my price (for example, taking care of debris myself, installing some shutters myself, etc...). I received a lower quote, but the numbers didn't make sense. As well, I was supposed to have samples brought over, and they weren't. I called and asked about it, and about the numbers, no response. I emailed, no response. I called again (a week later), and got him on the phone. He said he ran out of samples, even though he was supposedly bringing them over a week earlier. He said he'd leave them on his front porch if I wanted to pick them up. He started going off to me about not having time to discuss options with me. And, that since it's a small job I wasn't really too important. I hung up, since it was going nowhere and that's no way to earn my business. If you don't want my money and business, someone else will get it. If I want options to be within my budget, that's my prerogative as a consumer. If your math doesn't add up, I have the right to ask about it. If you don't want "small" jobs, don't quote them.

Outstanding Experience from Start to Finish…read more I recently hired Lifetime Seamless Gutters to install a full gutter system with gutter guards on my two-story, 5,000 sq. ft. home with a metal roof. From the very first visit, I was thoroughly impressed. Peter came out to do the initial estimate--he spent over 45 minutes carefully measuring, inspecting, and answering all my questions, including detailed discussions about installing heat cables to prevent ice dams. He was knowledgeable, patient, and thorough, which immediately put me at ease. Given the size and structure of my home, I was initially nervous about how well a gutter system would integrate with a metal roof. But I was pleasantly surprised by the results. The very next day, a well-organized crew of 8 professionals led by Tim arrived with two trucks. They worked hard for nearly 10 hours and completed about 90% of the project in just one day. The team returned the next day to finish the final touches and make adjustments, especially after a rainstorm allowed us to see the system in action. Everything functioned flawlessly. Let me start off with this..... I did not know this company existed prior to calling them. I had…read moreasked a friend about if he knew anyone and Anthony of Lifetime Gutters was recommended. What we were looking for are Gutter Guards to help remove that bi-yearly chore of removing leaves from the gutters. I had done a lot of research into the different types available. I received an estimate from one place, next day he calls dropping $800 off. An hour later someone else called from that company telling me a yet lower price, another $250 off. Then the first guy calls back asking if I wanted to move forward. I told him someone else had given me a cheaper price from his company and he had no idea. This triggered my brain to say "Sorry but I'm not going to do anything with your company at all". So now I hear about Lifetime and call Anthony. He called me back the same day, came over the next day with an estimate. His estimate was what I call reasonable for the work to be done. Unfortunately I had to wait about a month due to family matters and finally called him back on a Friday. He told me that he could arrange to have it done the following week. On Tuesday morning he called and asked if we were ok with doing it that day. Out came Anthony #2 to handle the installation. He was fast and extremely friendly and in a few hours time the gutter guards were installed. My final reason for going with this company was the guards are made out of aluminum with a stainless steel mesh on top. The others I looked at were made of plastic with the mesh. My life's experiences have shown that plastic gets brittle when left out in the sun & bad weather, I prefer the all aluminum ones. My experiences with this company have been just fantastic! Oh, one last thing... Lifetime Warantee... not much can go Wrong with all metal.
