Why is he not helping in busy sections and leading by example? Additionally, I've seen employees verbally accosted and have overheard employees talking about customers negatively. While I'm sure there are good employees the negative experiences seem to stand out in my mind. I recently went to look at golf clubs and not a single employee checked on me. The person in that section sat and talked with a friend.

I flagged down an employee and he pointed me to where the refrigerator magnets are. I checked it out. Pretty good selection and prices aren't bad but I didn't find anything that I wanted. Everything seemed to be about 40% off and most was last seasons colors. My big issue is that they only had a handful of items that were actually down, most things were 100% polyester fill but priced like they were down. They did have a lot of sizes even in the clearance section.
