Overall the store has good selection but the Major bummer is one staff guy with curly hair who made racist and rude remarks and even imitated our accent when we were leaving the store. I told him - "you don't need to be rude" and in response he made the racist baby sign to say bye bye to us (kind of middle finger) This needs to have corporate review and this guy should be removed from the store. I get it we were at the store closing time, but still the staff doesn't need to be rude and disrespectful. Its unacceptable. read more

I have to say I shop at this Columbia Store quite a lot. I have bought jackets, shoes, pants, socks etc here. There products are not bad but due to the competition at the outlet, I sometimes forget about this place. So went and picked up a hiking shoe so now S and I can go hiking and take more pictures of pretty view. Their products are very good quality. read more

Columbia Factory Store - Sports Wear Near Me - Tulalip, Washington

As winter approached I needed a jacket that would keep me warm but not be too bulking. Not have to take 5 layers off each time I came in. I had stopped by REI looking for a jacket and saw one I liked but it was just too small for me. The brand was Columbia. Found out this is the outlet store and drove the hour south from Bellingham to check it out. It was so worth it. I needed a crash course in the new tech in sports clothing. They informed me about Omni-heat. Somewhat like the silver emergency covers they put on people in rescue events. Most of their wear has it. It allows the item to be thinner and yet it very warming, as it reflects the heat back into you. The jacket I had seen was in the area of about $300. I knew it was good quality and would be expensive. The Outlet store had the same jacket, just a colored jacket. (Outlet stores have a version just for them.) It was $190, and on sale under $100. That is a huge saving with colors I liked, and the same tech that its cousin had. I really liked how the staff would help with any questions. I needed to return a set of gloves, they did it no issue. Notices a rain/wind jacket, that had the Omni-heat in it, but no insulation. I thought good jacket for warmer weather. The lining of the jacket gets you really warm in no time. It can be worn in windy cool weather and it works well. Great score for a jacket priced at $120, got it for $50, amazing quality! I am blown away by the prices and quality of this store. Even though it's an hour away, it is so worth it for the people, prices, and amazing quality clothing. I've become a loyal customer at this store now. read more

Just came out of the store. The marchendise is using out dated POS software. Transanctions are in hung and no mitigation plan. They will not procees the order as this is not in their back office, though it is visible in bank account. Initially they even not ready to give the transaction number. Really disappointed with the store. read more

Went this evening (Wednesday). Great time to go to the outlet mall as there were barely any people there. I needed new hiking shoes and went to Merrill first. Shoes there were very nice but the prices are not "Outlet Mall" prices. We headed to Columbia and found my shoes there along with good quality outdoor/workout wear -- for some very good prices! Employees are nice and helpful and I look forward to a return visit. Who doesn't love getting quality stuff for good prices? read more

I'm a house cat, so I hate spending money on outdoorsy things but if I do have to spend money on it, I'd like it to be a good investment in something of good quality that would last me a while and is not hideously ugly. I was really impressed with the selection, variety, and price points available for women's snow jackets, pants and accessories. They had far more snow things to choose from (It is winter after all) than The North Face. They also have a wide selection of thermals, workout gears, and other specialty activewear, all of which were very neatly organized. When I came here on a Friday evening (near closing time), the store was very neat and clean, and the staff were still very cheerful and eager to help. The men's section seems to be far more limited in terms of in-season availability. For example, there were plenty of general workout clothes, but very limited selection of snow pants and jackets. I got a super solid ski jacket for $90 after taxes, which would normally cost me upward of $200. I like that I had enough options in different price ranges that I could've cheapened out and got a thinner, deeply discounted jacket for less than $50 but this was the first time I've ever had to buy a ski jacket in 29 years so I'm hoping I'm good for another 29 years. It also has a nice fit that makes me feel less like the Pilsbury doughboy in my snow suit and it comes in a variety of great colors to choose from. YAY Columbia Sportswear Outlet! read more

No employee even looked at me When i finally flag someone down to help look for size, they send me to the front i stood in line, the front rep told me i need to talk to someone on the floor i told her the floor sent me, she pretended to talk to someone on the intercom to ask for size. I am not a huge fan. I mean, it's fleece. They do have some really nice water proof jackets though. It's a big store, clean and a lot of selection. Pretty good prices and sales. I was not greeted or asked if I needed help finding anything, I didn't but customer service, come on people. read more

I've somehow been lucky enough to always find a screaming good deal at this Columbia outlet. This time, it was a super soft, warm, and cozy fleece for $30. Last time, it was a warm winter jacket with the omni-heat technology for $60. The time before that, it was a pair of ski gloves and a couple of Columbia-branded Hydro Flask bottles. My point is, Columbia makes really solid stuff when it comes to outerwear. I have Columbia jackets that I bought 7-8 years ago that still look like they're barely a year old. The stuff usually isn't dirt cheap, but I find that their clothing is sold at less of a premium than North Face (and definitely at much less of a premium than Arc'teryx). This store makes you really question why the other brands sell their stuff for so much! read more

I don't go to outlets much; but lost the shell of my columbia ski jacket and went looking for a replacement. Someone very quickly asked me if I needed help; steered me in the direction of a jacket into which my liner would zip and presto: a jacket tat retails for $140 for $79.99; almost identical to the jacket I lost. To top it off, my purchase over $75 qualified me for free fleece gloves that retail for $20. Mountain Hardware is the same company as Columbia; this place could only be better if they also had Mountain Hardware gear. read more

Traveling from San Diego and my husband left his jacket on the plane. We needed a jacket and it needed to be a 4x, so we came into the Columbia store. We looked around and then decided to ask for help. Yumi guided us to the extended size section. And she looked in the back to see if there was a particular jacket in black. She came back and there was not a black one in a 4X. So we were going to be settling on a blue jacket so he could have one to keep warm. About 10 minutes later we were still shopping in the store and Yumi found us and brought us a black jacket that was a 4X and was even a better price because it was on clearance. Good store but Portland Columbia outlet store has larger stock. This store is located at Seattle Premium outlets, which is quite accessible off of I-5. I'm quite loyal to this brand as they do have superior quality items. I felt this particular store was good but lacked some choice. When compared to other outlet stores (ex. Sellwood) they are small in size. Regardless, good store for those living in NW Washington. read more

I'm not typically a name brand person, but I love me some Columbia! They've got great deals here! Especially on their fleece jackets. We come here when we're needing some new shoes, workout gear, etc. The customer service here is great! We were greeted at the store when we walked in and at one point someone came up to us to see if there was anything they could help us with. Which as it was pretty busy there made the experience that much better. So if your looking for some good sportswear this is for sure the place to check out! read more

Lines take forever! I've been waiting 45 mins now, my 3rd time waiting over 40 minutes to check out. Not sure if they're chronically understaffed or the managers are just out to lunch. Make sure you budget your time and bring entertainment or you'll be very frustrated. read more
