I purchased my system from Culligan in Romeo the installed my softener, water filter and reverse…read moreosmosis. the last 6 months I have been talked down to by the lady who answers the phones straight up called me a lier when I told her culligan installed my whole unit I had been having issues had them out to fix the water filter and alls they did was caused me more issues causing the filter to leak, and paid them $250 to change filters and left me with the leaking filter that the technician installed. But the lady who answers phones and takes appointments is not customer service friendly at all she is just straight up rude. she basically told me that the whole house water filter had to be replaced and a bracket put on it but that will cost $450 I have to pay for something I didn't mess up or break.
