She talked me through the whole procedure and I was able to see the doctor right away. My back was in really bad shape. Dr. Reed talked me through each steps I would need to recover. He and Dr. Hood were exceptional at describing the steps they were taking to make me feel at ease. Everything from X-ray to nerve sensors, they showed diagrams and physically on the body where adjustments needed to be made. Although my initial concern was some pain in my shoulder, I was pleasantly surprised when I was introduced to Shockwave Therapy for pain and locking of my trigger finger. I had a few sessions for my finger and have yet to have any pain again. The entire staff is great from the moment you walk in, and I feel so welcome every time. They spent an average of 2 minutes per visit working with me but said there's no way to tell if the issue could be resolved. The additional 2 minute visits cost $20.00 each. Ultimately I found a chiropractor who was able to resolve the issue. I do not recommend this company at all. Buyer beware and take nothing on its face.

He expressed concern and even reached out to me the next morning via text to make sure that I could get an appointment with another chiropractor. Now for the capabilities of Dr Troy. Up until that point I have tried at least 7 different doctors in the last 8 or 9 years and some where better than others, but Dr. Nemanic is by far the best chiropractor I have been too. He fixed my pectoral issues in 2 adjustment visits. My wife who is 7 months pregnant had headaches and trouble breathing, and everytime she sees him she instantly feels better. He is super responsive and very flexible. That's a major plus for us and our schedules. What I really like, and is refreshing, is the simplicity of the process and the knowledge base that Dr. Nemanic possess.
