However, I explained that I could only reschedule for Monday or Thursday of that same week and requested the same Local Special rate, or potentially a weekend at the same rate due to my work schedule. Since this was booked in advance and the change was on their end, I asked if they would honor the Local Special pricing on another day that aligns with my schedule. I was told no. There was no effort to accommodate, no compromise offered, and no flexibility despite the inconvenience being caused by their scheduling conflict. For a spa associated with guests and visitors of the Francis Marion Hotel, I expected a much higher level of customer service and professionalism. Unfortunately, this experience felt dismissive and inflexible. They simply said no and cancelled my appointments. Locals and tourists, I encourage you to support a business that treats people with common decency. Very disappointing customer service!
