Dr Jenn and team are amazing! I went in with lower back pain and she was able to (almost immediately) help. Went to see Dr. Jen for a chiropractic adjustment while pregnant. I was living with debilitating sciatic pain (pregnancy induced) and couldn't walk without extreme sharp pains that extended down my legs. After only one treatment the pain went away completely!! I've gone back here and there for myself and for my then 2 year old son (who Dr. Jenn was fantastic with!!) who suffered from constipation issues, and we've been more than satisfied every single time! I started coming here a couple months ago and am very glad I chose this practice. I started off only seeing Dr. Jen for my lower back pain. She is very thorough and informative with her work. This place is wonderful, everyone who works here is amazing. It's pretty much a one stop shop where you can get adjusted, massaged, get some PRP, maybe Christine(an absolute angel) can hit you with her fancy sonic gun and break up some scar tissue! I was telling her this the other day, that those treatments are pound for pound the most effective technique out of all the techniques I've come across in this journey to get this damn stubborn scar tissue out of my body. It's really remarkable how a tiny bit of twisted up scar tissue in one part of the body can affect your alignment/extension/circulation/overall wellness. The human body is so adaptable that we just adapt and go on our way, a lot of times unaware as to how good we could potentially feel if things were in their proper place. Then you come across a specialist like Christine and she works her magic on you and you're like "Ohhhh, so THAT's what I'm supposed to feel like." The below was my original review but the Dr that owns the practice was quick to respond and make things right. I really appreciate her hearing my concerns. Even if she can't help my issues I respect her being reactive. I went for a consultation for a chiropractic concern and was told that the initial visit would include a history and symptoms overview, an adjustment and decompression treatment. When I left the consultation I had not gotten an adjustment just asked to come back in a couple of days (I'm not sure for what as I didn't get any treatment the first time) and had to pay $90. The dr didn't even feel my spine to look at overall wellness, only my neck. I feel like I don't know what I and spent $90 on. read more

I've been going to ALC for probably 2 years for supplemental hormones, as recently as Oct. 26, 8:30am. Dr. Todd is very attentive and actually listens to you. I was turned on to them by a Physician friend as he was having the same issues that I was, sometimes MD's just don't listen to what the patient is saying and isn't supportive of the patient's goals. I am totally disappointed in Dr Todd. I paid over $400 for some prolotherapy on my back and got no relief at all. I've had it before by Dr David Tallman so went back after wasting $400 with Dr Todd. I paid $495 at Dr Tallman for one visit of 20 shots in my back. He used ultrasound and the film of my MRI on my back which Dr Todd seemed to be guessing where to give my shots. A week after visiting Dr Tallman I'm virtually pain free and the healing isn't done yet. read more

After ignoring several minor back pain "signals", I had a sudden major "episode" which left me barely able to walk without extreme pain! Through a friend, I was referred to Active Lifestyle Clinic. WOW, am I GLAD I went HERE! Dr. Jen took the time to ask questions, know my health "history", and explain/educate throughout the entire adjustment procedure. Although (understandably) still sore afterwards; I was pain free and able to go to work that same day! After some follow-up adjustments, I now have my full Range of Motion/Flexibility restored without ANY pain. I also had some chronic "issues" with "frozen shoulder/impingement" symptoms. Dr. Jen referred me to Christine, who is the Physical Therapist at this Clinic. I say HAD, shoulder issues because Christine has healed ALL of that! I have been going to Active Lifestyle Clinic for two years now and I love it! I was diagnosed with Hashimotos disease with hormonal imbalances.
