I am really disappointed with Cooks pest control .I was told when they came out i had a German…read moreRoach infestation that they would come 1 a month .That they would always call before they came because i have dogs It took them 5 weeks to come out after the initial visit they didnt spray the house only put out i call them roach boxes bait traps around my stove then some of the sticky bait .Another 4 weeks later i said are you coming out they said they came out and sprayed at the back of my house .I know for a fact he didnt because my dogs were in a pen surrounding the house .so i ask for some more boxes didnt have it with him .They said my roaches would get worse before better .Thats one thing they didnt lie about .I dont know what they are putting in these chemicals but its breeding them not killing them .I called them again i said cant come out in the rain because it wont do any good outside in the yard .So here im sitting in a clean house sitting at my desk with roaches crawling across my hands as i type .This is ridicilous to think im paying 172 dollars already and its that bad .Something is got to give .i need you guys out here Monday fast to get a grip on this .Family dinner coming up i dont want this crap going across my table

They told us they would call & schedule our treatments every 3 months. That never happened. We had to call them, wait days for a return call, & work our schedule around the owner's son, who liked to sleep in & got upset, whining to his dad, when I mentioned something about the efficiency of the pest control. We are selling our home, still have one treatment left on our contract, & we called to ask if we could get a termite letter for closing. The owner said it would cost 1400--no credit for not using our last treatment, no concession that we have used them, though reluctantly, for 2 years. He was rude & totally unhelpful. This company is on its last leg. Give them no business!
