Finally, on my 4th therapy session, Tiffany told me that I have a $0 co-payment since I've met my insurance deductible. I made the mistake of trusting Tiffany's word and continued my sessions feeling relieved that I had no copayment which was crucial for me since as a student, I don't have a substantial source of income. Before my 12th therapy session at this practice, I received a bill for $200 for five of my sessions; I abruptly stopped my therapy sessions then. I talked to the facility manager, Mike, who told me that he would find out more details. He never followed up even after I emailed and called him multiple times. Finally, after multiple calls and emails, I was able to get a hold of him. He stated that he had talked to Tiffany and that she had told me that I had a $40 per session co-payment (that is a total of $440 that I had to pay out of pocket). He told me he would email me additional billing support, which he never did. Despite continuously being in pain, I had to stop going to this practice because I do not trust the incompetent management and lack of professionalism at this facility. I'm very unhappy with the way I was treated as a patient and never recommend anyone to go to this practice.

My left arm had shooting pain from the pinched nerves and I lost feeling in 3 of my fingers. I couldn't lay or sit and paced my house for 23 hours occasionally resting in the corners of my living room. I took my session which is supposed to help you loose inches. She measured me before and after and I had lost an inch in my hips Who doesn't love that after being on the table for about 30 minutes. After my session we talked about what I was looking for and it turns out what I really needed was better health. Now don't get me wrong, I'm pretty healthy, but what I realized was some of the aches and pains I was accepting as my normal could be made better with adjustments. The person would spend 15 minutes with me, and then send me off to do exercises. This did not lead to much improvement, as my body mechanics were so out of whack that I wasn't using the right muscles to do the work. When I came to Mind/Body it was a completely different story. You spend the entire time with one therapist, and they do both deep tissue work and exercises, whether it's Pilates or more traditional work.
