If you need to reschedule, expect to wait another six plus months for an opening or sit on a wait list. Waitlist get notified the day of which is great if you sit at home waiting for their call. They do set up your next appointment while you're still in the chair--which is helpful--but the earliest availability has been about eight months out, not the typical six-month interval you'd expect.

The Oehlers were very courteous and quickly acknowledged that they did, in fact, accept our dental insurance plan. We were able to set up appointments for my wife and myself within a very short timeframe. The paperwork was simple and was easily filled out. YAY!!! My wife and I had appointments on different days, but that was fine and fit our schedules well. We were provided a top quality dental exam and cleaning. The hygienist was very pleasant for both of us and they explained what they were doing at every step of the cleaning and exam. Rene was our dental hygienist. She was absolutely amazing with my daughter. She was so friendly. She told my daughter from the beginning everything she was going to do. Everything. Not once was my daughter scared. She was very interested in what Rene was doing. Dr. Barb came in shortly afterwards. She was great too. Very kid friendly. She is professional and compassionate at the same time. Hubby said his procedure was completely painless. Dr. Smith formulates a plan during your visit while looking at all your images on computer. She gives you several options (when possible) for the best outcome. She actually listens to your concerns and works with you.

He failed to provide a good fitting crown of correct height and shape that she could bite on. He does not know how to use CEREC machine that mills crowns. Dr. Moreno lied that he would make just an mini-invasive overlay but he decimated original molar. Chesterfield Smiles clinic staff is rude careless and inhuman, especially dental assistant Dani. Dani treated my wife in a very condescending and humiliating manner, while being upset, scraping the prepared tooth, without doctor license and she made the tooth very sensitive. She did significant health damage, too. They kept us in a small cubicle for 4 days like hostages without food, they were unable to figure out how to do it correctly and did not know how to save data in CEREC memory. Since Dr. Moreno`s "treatment" my wife is on liquid or soft diet, unable to chew and she has to take opiates against pain. They triggered TMJD pain. Criminal dentistry! It was a very traumatizing experience for my wife. I was present and witnessed the entire treatment of my wife. A half a year after Dr. Moreno failed treatment around Thanksgiving 2025, my wife still has a hole/space there and she still cannot chew till now, May 2026. Chesterfield Smiles refuse to take any responsibility and they broke medical and ethical laws. Malpractice, negligence and ignorance!
