Even though I was simply a stranger on the phone with my first call, I was out at ease and felt I was in great hands. They were non-judgmental in regards to my extreme anxiety of dental work, explained everything thoroughly beforehand and expertly answered all of my questions to make me feel welcomed and educated. I went back multiple times for adjustments, but my bite was never right and the pain never stopped. What's worse, I was refused routine cleanings for TWO YEARS because the dentist insisted on fixing this one tooth--something that never actually got resolved. I even asked about removing the tooth and was repeatedly dismissed. Finally, I sought a second opinion. Turns out the tooth was fractured and infected all along and should have been pulled from the beginning. Now I'm dealing with an abscess and a much bigger problem than I started with. This was a long, frustrating, and painful experience that could have been avoided. Please do yourself a favor--get a second opinion before committing to major work here
