Booking was easy, and the whole place has that friendly, local vibe where you can tell they actually care about the animals. The staff was super patient and took the time to understand what I wanted for my dog instead of rushing through everything. What stood out most was how calm my dog was after the appointment. Usually grooming stresses him out, but here he seemed comfortable the whole time. They clearly handle pets with a lot of care and attention. The grooming itself turned out great--clean, neat, and exactly what I asked for. I also like that they offer little extras, so it feels more like a full pampering experience rather than just a basic wash. Overall, a really positive experience.

This wasn't the case with Zoomin Grooming. Sarah arrived on time, communicated well, and even sent great pictures during the grooming process. Our little guy wasn't exactly mentally prepared for the full grooming experience (first time for him and he was quite squirmy) but Sarah did everything he'd allow and gave us great tips for getting him used to the process for the next visit.
