They had trimming stations behind the counter so you can see that your fur babies are safe and being cared for. They were very transparent with their price, which I felt was very reasonable. Today was my first visit and I am so pleased. Sasha was groomed by Dina and she has never looked so good. There was the nicest woman that checked me in..she was so patient with me. They also have the cutest outfits that you can purchase for your babies. I was so exited!! I left there with lots of new outfits for my babies and there was a young man in the back who helped me carry my dog out and he was also very helpful and instrumental in the beautiful transportation of Sasha. We had a horrible experience here. My wife took our golden retriever here, expecting them to treat her well. Our dog is friendly, well behaved, obedient, and she's never had a problem at other groomers. The problems started when my wife gave instructions for how we wanted her groomed. Amongst the normal things like trimming ear hair, cleaning, a mild sanitary cut, and brushing, we wanted them to trim her leg and belly feathering, and DO NOT shave her. Golden retrievers are known for this look. The woman whom my wife talked to was dismissive to what my wife was saying. When we got back, our dog had all her feathering removed on both her legs and her belly. She also had part of her belly shaved, and her hind quarters hair trimmed very short. But the worst damage was the fur that was shaved of her butt and part of her tail. They gouged her and clearly scraped her skin, as she was bright red and had a visible rash where it was shaved. To add insult to injury, when asked why she was cut like this she gave weak excuses and never acknowledged that she made a mistake. They scared our dog so badly that she actually had an accident in her kennel after her first shaving and had to be recleaned. Our dog NEVER has accidents inside. She was terrified at her treatment. They also had the nerve to ask us to pay for a second wash because of this. The whole time my wife was talking to the groomer, our dog was whimpering, shaking, and desperately trying to get out of there. The manager did call back and say he would talk to the groomer and gave us half our cost back. However, that doesn't make up for the trauma our dog suffered though. We will never be going back here, and I would recommend that you do not take your dog here either. Update: The manager called me again at 8:30PM from a blocked number upset at this review. He tried to tell us that the damaged skin is hotspots from being in the pool. We can see the gouge marks in her fur and skin from the clippers where they cut her entirely too close, and there are also visible signs of razor burn on her skin. She does not, nor has she ever, had hotspots of any kind. So in addition to careless grooming, this place will also use your contact info to harass you if you leave a review about their service. Just not cool on any level. read more

I had an appointment set up on the 10th of June at 10:30am to have my two, long haired cats groomed, only to have my time and gas wasted by these people. It was stressed to me to arrive on time and if I was going to cancel to inform them so they did not have to drive all the way there for nothing. I understand that. What I do not understand is why would you do that exact thing to me that you did not want me to do to you? I arrived at 10am when they supposedly opened. I called time off work, drove 30 minutes to get there, and waited outside of a building that was closed with the lights off and not a single person inside. It was hot outside, the cats were stressed. I waited until 11am thinking that maybe the groomer was behind schedule, however nobody showed up. Me and some other poor woman was waiting outside of this building for these people, because she had been calling and calling, but could not get a hold of anybody to groom her dogs, because nobody would answer the phone. She resorted to going in person, hoping somebody would help her. Nobody ever came. This place completely wasted my time and gas. They pressured that I arrive on time, but they could not even extend that same courtesy to me. Whether these people are nice or not, I do not appreciate this type of careless behavior. You need to step up your game, because the previous owner never treated me like this, and if you do not care about my business, then I do not care about yours. read more

UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT!!!! I've been going to this place for years and was a loyal customer until they recently went under new management as of 2024. I take my two shitzu dogs every 2 months , and they have done an amazing job with them, matted or not. I took my dogs yesterday, and OMG the horror. Not only are my dogs really red and look like they're in pain, but they shaved down her face and cut off all the hair from her ears! Cory , who is not there any more unfortunately, used to ask me ahead of time before trimming their ears, I don't even recognize my dogs :'( It almost looks like they were waxed, it was all unnecessary . I brought them in with longer hair before and never any issues, the previous worker that was there before was very good! On top of that, they got PRICIER! I paid $55 extra than what I'm used to and for bad service! They deserve one star because the ladies were nice, but I'm sorry, they did not Do a good job, I'm really appalled. I could tell she was stressed when I got there and worried . I wish I saw what my dog looked like before I tipped them $18 !!! I didn't say anything to them because what are they going to do, glue the hair back? Tailwaggers lost me as a customer, time to shop for a new groomer when their hair grows back until thanksgiving. read more

I used to take my pets here all the time but not anymore. I have an adorable maltease and when I took her in last, a few months ago when it was very cold, they just shaved her fur down as if it was 100 degrees outside. This was my fist experience with this groomers and it was the best experience for my dogs and myself & my daughter, Jolene took her time to meet and pkay the dogs before taking them back ( they loved her instantly ) I felt safe knowing my dogs knew they were in a safe spot . They had really bad matting all around and Jolene took majority of the matting without shaving them down she they would continue looming like the dog breed they are supposed look like . Brought my very matted and very anxious chihuahua/poodle here on a recommendation from another groomer, so thankful I did. Not only were they super accommodating with my last minute appointment but they were so nice and non judgmental about the condition of my dogs hair. I love my dog, but in the winter he wears nothing but sweaters and coats, and he has extremely curly hair. Being that I also don't cut his hair in the winter, he was in BAD shape. They assessed him and let me know what they could do (I typically shave him damn near bald before winter starts to accommodate for growth so I'm used to seeing him bald anyhow) and in a few hours I was able to pick him up. He looked the best he's ever looked after a shave and Jolene was able to save his facial hair, plus he was so excited! The price was also really great considering how much I'm used to paying. All in all will definitely be a forever customer and come warmer weather will be in every 6 weeks as recommended! Thank you again! read more

Tail Waggar's is one of the best places to take your dog to get groomed! They always take care of my husky and she is groomed well and so pretty when I pick her up. This was a great experience, my husband found a stray dog, and brought him home, he was a bit matted and dirty. I tried to bring him on a Friday but was unaware they closed so early, so I brought him the next morning, so make sure you check their hours. The price was great, and he was done rather quickly for a Saturday! read more
