Booking was easy, and the whole place has that friendly, local vibe where you can tell they actually care about the animals. The staff was super patient and took the time to understand what I wanted for my dog instead of rushing through everything. What stood out most was how calm my dog was after the appointment. Usually grooming stresses him out, but here he seemed comfortable the whole time. They clearly handle pets with a lot of care and attention. The grooming itself turned out great--clean, neat, and exactly what I asked for. I also like that they offer little extras, so it feels more like a full pampering experience rather than just a basic wash. Overall, a really positive experience.

As soon as I got there the girls knew exactly about the situation. They all had amazing communication and booked me with the same groomer from last time. Which also she did an amazing job on too!!! My furbabies needed a major tlc. ! Staff: 10/10 staff was extremely caring and helpful. Price: $ probably the best price in town. Dog runs: 6/10 some of the runs need some love/updating. There is also no option for outside time for dogs. Our dog is a high energy runner and needs the outside time. Responsiveness: 10/10 call or text back fast Overall 9/10. Would highly recommend of your dog/s don't need a lot of outside time to burn energy. Staff is awesome and price is more than fair.
