He said the job was guaranteed a month. In the middle of the night I found that the toilet was leaking. I called at 7, 8 and then got hold of an admin at 8:15. She was rude, she had just gotten to work so needed a min. and informed me no one could come out until 3pm. I just paid $900 for a service, Not sure about anyone else-but I cannot stay home from work for 2 days to have a toilet changed out. I asked to speak with the foreman or office manager-tentatively they said someone could be out between 8:30 and 9. We'll See. While I am sure they want to get everything right the first time-seems like they should Have time for rework or emergencies. We've used them for years-I was surprised by the lack of polite customer service.

Pretty straight forward our water heater is located in the kitchen next to the fridge and is very easily accessible to work on. Wtf is wrong with people?!? SOOOO UNPROFESSIONAL! I would be fine with bringing up to code and actually anticipated that. The issue with your service was the lack of professionalism and no response after we were told he would get back to us. No one likes to be left hanging especially when you're told there is an issue with how the gas line on your water heater was connected.

I was in Albuquerque and wasn't here to meet the "Technician", but tenant filled me in on his activity. The "Technician" left stating the drain was open but would probably plug again. The drain clean outs were not used as it was under ground about 3 inches. I worked for a plumber in the 60's and would have known to look for the clean outs outside the house. This guy didn't have any idea what he was doing as he used an inch and a half tub/sink drain clean out to attempt to clean out a four inch line. I left a message on 1/18 and sent an email asking for someone to come out and finish the on 1/21. I will be calling someone else to do the job and suggest you call another company for your sewer problems. It is a shame they don't return calls. They just lost a customer who has been with them several years.

When I got home, I found the spigots replaced and, amazingly, the whole area where the spigot sits in the wall looking SO much better than it had! Both spigots work a treat with no dripping. Israel is kind, caring, and took great care of my mother's barn door installation needs. My mom's…read morefriend had helped her try to install a "DIY" barn door, but the project proved to be much more difficult than originally thought. Living far away from my mother, she sent me pictures and it appeared that all she really needed was the actual hanging of the door. Her friend did a lot of work installing the track, but the door was heavy unfortunately and his back gave out on him towards what he thought was the end stages of the project. I called King of Kings Service, and Israel said he could swing by and finish handing the door the next day. He quoted a very reasonable fee as well! Well, unbeknownst to us, Israel walked into a bigger mess than we had thought. The track wasn't hung correctly as thought, so he had to come back out and spent a great deal more time than expected. My mom is on a fixed income, but Israel worked with her on the final cost of the project, and my mom couldn't be more happy with Israel or the new barn door he installed for her closet!
