Quality: It's obvious Tino and his employees care about the work they do. There was clear communication and expectations, along with timely updates. They were kind and did a great job. Value: I was quoted $1000+ at other places, but Tino got the job done for less than half of that and was very professional. As a woman I often encounter being spoken too as if I don't know anything about cars and mechanics try to up sell additional parts/services I don't want or need. There were some things Tino offered based on what his guys saw when they worked on my car, but he didn't push anything or speak down to me. I really appreciated that! Safe to say I'll be bringing my car back here whenever I need it serviced!

To make matters worse, I'm currently dealing with a custody battle after catching my girlfriend cheating with my cousin, so my stress level was already at about a 12 out of 10. Finally got my car back and started driving home. The car started shaking. At first, I figured it was just my stomach because I'd been battling diarrhea all day. A few minutes later I realized it wasn't my stomach--my car was dripping fluids everywhere like it had just signed a sponsorship deal with Tuli Drip. Then the dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree. Every warning light imaginable was on. At that point, I was convinced my Envista was preparing for liftoff. I couldn't drive it, so I called a tow truck and got hauled back to the dealership. Of course, by the time I got there, the shop was closed. The next morning they inspected it and delivered the shocking diagnosis: "It was just your gas cap." Apparently, I didn't have it on properly when I started driving. So after 5 hours at the shop, a panic attack, a tow truck ride, an overnight stay, and enough dashboard lights to decorate a neighborhood, the culprit was... a gas cap.

His guys in putting the transmission back pinched the alternator wire and ignition wire between the tranny and block which shorted my system and damaged the alternator. I had it repaired after he told me it wasn't him, so I took it to be repaired to find out it was them he refused to pay repair bill and said to take him to court. Also transmission still leaks after taking it back the second time. It didn't leak when I originally took it to him. They don't take responsibly for the damage they create. I would never recommend to anyone.

WARNING - This auto shop, and it's service…read moretechnicians/owners Beto Rodrquez, and Art Borrego are providing sub standard, and poor service for my particular vehicle, or a 2012 VW Passat SE, with only 105,079 mi. In FEB of 2025. They were supposed to provide a "Major 10K/One (1) year maintenance" per Volkswagen requirements, and with just a little over 700 miles, after service date, I receive not one (1), but two (2) check engine lights, and my vehicle's engine idles rough, and the smell of exhaust excessive! After FEB, check engine lights received in APR, and again in MAY. My experience with Rodriquez, via his unprofessional phone manner, will keep me totally away from this shop completely! Never has this engine situation occurred since owning the vehicle of AUG 2019. I paid $807 for this major service, which should have included a "multi point inspection", and didn't. I will have to pursue a "complaint/small claims suit" against this business, as it's now managed very poorly, and not reflective, of the former owner's name "Ray Brock, or his late wife Joyce".
