Life changing approach and care I first came to Dr…read more Farinella in the summer last year after spending about 3 months being insanely fatigued, not sleeping well and just at the end of my rope. I had no idea how I was going to keep up with my life if I didn't feel better and I didn't feel like I had enough energy to even problem solve. It was beyond frustrating and pathetic. In fact, it's hard to relate to the me back then because I have come SO far! Dr. Farinella has been treating me with homeopathic remedies ONLY and I tell everyone about this because it no doubt saved me and brought me back to life. I started feeling better the day she gave me the remedy and almost doubted it could be the remedy but it was and it got better from there! She is super patient and insanely knowledgeable about homeopathy, you will learn all you want to know about it and become more in tune with your body at the same time. Homeopathy is now my first stop for any issue and I am so thankful to have learned about it and experienced the huge improvement in my health and symptoms. I don't have insurance so I have paid cash and the prices have been very reasonable and SO WORTH IT!

I'm also going through Myofunctional Orthodontics and Chiropractic treatment, and her CranialSacral adjustments make a big difference in reducing pain/discomfort and helping my body adjust properly. Dr. Farinella is very caring, helpful, and a good listener. She's also helping me with my hormone medications, which have never been optimal. She's great with children and teens and has seen all of mine. One of my boys has greatly benefited from homeopathy, and we are still working to find the best remedy for two others. I would very highly recommend Dr. Farinella for homeopathy and CranialSacral for all ages.

And I've worked front office and back office with physicians, I know it can be done. Anyway, an acquaintance of mine posted about improvements to her health. I wanted a change so I pressed her for some details. She happily told me about the naturopaths at NSNM. In March 2012, I admittedly made my first appointment with a little hesitation. I didn't have much experience with alternative medicine except for home remedies that my grandmother did. I went into the clinic with an open mind. Julie checked me in with little fuss and I made a cup of tea while I waited. My wait was minimal. Jennifer came into the waiting room, introduced herself, and led me back to the exam room for my first visit. She listened. I mean, doctors are trained to listen but I got the sense that she was genuinely listening to everything that I said. The hour flew by easily. After several visits since then, I am a convert. I do not doubt the dedication that Jennifer has for her patients. She and Robin Sinclair (her clinic partner) genuinely care and listen to your concerns when discussing your healthcare needs. I've had both providers call me at home to check on me during my protracted bout with pertussis. Yeah... that was less than fun. A recent (and welcome) addition to their practice is a collaborative effort with Passionate Nutrition, a wonderful group of certified nutritionists. Jennifer Adler is my nutritionist and she listens without judgement. Check out my review for them if you want more information. Parking is easy and plentiful. Their second-floor location is easy to find and accessible via a small lift. At the end of your visit, your treatment plan will be sent home with you in case you forget what was prescribed or suggested. I cannot recommend them enough. Honestly, Jennifer, Robin, and Julie rock! PS. Dr. Lush was named in Seattle Met's "Top Doctors" for 2012. I think that makes three years in a row for her!

I am writing to share a deeply disturbing experience I had with Dan Morlan, ND. I understand that…read morehe is no longer affiliated with Purity Integrative Health; however, I feel it is important to speak about what happened in order to find closure. I underwent a mild HBOT treatment with him and completed four sessions. I felt significantly worse afterward and was never given a proper explanation as to why the treatment did not work or why my symptoms worsened. I believe I lost a meaningful portion of my quality of life as a result of what I consider a faulty or inappropriate treatment. After these sessions, the clinic stopped responding to my phone calls and emails. This lack of communication was distressing and left me feeling abandoned. I am reaching out in the hope that Purity Integrative Health can help me find clarity, accountability, and closure. The holistic health industry is not simply about positive marketing or appearances--it involves real responsibility. Dr. Dan Morlan also stopped responding to my emails when I attempted to discuss my concerns. Too often, individuals avoid accountability for problems they helped create, and unfortunately, this is not uncommon in medicine. At the time, I considered letting the matter go. However, I now suffer from ongoing and severe brain fog, which I strongly associate with those treatments. No amount of positive or misleading reviews can negate my lived experience. This situation is serious. I sincerely hope that Purity Integrative Health will help bring justice, transparency, and peace to this matter.

I received a bill, that I had already paid, two years beyond the service date. I went back and forth with them for quite some time and eventually, they agreed to drop the duplicate bill. However, I don't think I should have to defend myself against payments I've already made. I would expect that the billing department be capable of keeping track of payments if this was a professional establishment. I received another bill on Friday for services from June of last year - well I tell you what, I've never received a bill for these services until now, and they had the nerve to charge me a late fee. It makes me wonder if they are really doing so poorly that they have to send bills years late to cash out on late fees? Do they need the extra $10 that desperately? I have requested a copy of the invoice number and date of the last invoice sent to me and we will see what they say. Overall, the service I received at the old location was good. The new location, I was disappointed, My bill says that I am no longer welcome back, for not paying the bill, that they didn't send me until a full year had passed. Unbelievable. RUN!

The appt was, well it didn't help the issue I was having. I received many calls to make additional appts, he even suggested twice a week, which I did not do. Then I get a bill in the mail claiming my appt was not covered by my insurance because, "there was a hidden deductible for any office visits that are longer than 40 minutes." Really??? I'm puzzled that any insurance would have some hidden charge clause that an appt lasting longer than 40 min would result in a denial of payment. I called and left a message that this office confirmed my Coverage (otherwise why would I make the appt to begin with) so why would I owe? And my insurance said they don't have a deductible and secondly, they don't have a time clause of any appts. I received a call back and the guy apologized and said, "oh, that wasn't supposed to be on your statement"...... Long story short, they don't accept my insurance...but didn't know at the time that they didnt??? And had I gone 2 times a week as suggested....I wouldve been looking at an almost 600.00 bill....
