My first visit was a consultation, and Dr. Jung immediately identified the issue, explaining what had happened and scheduling me for treatment as soon as possible. My second visit was a bit unexpected, which is the main reason I'm giving four stars instead of five. There was a communication gap about what to expect during the session. I started with a massage bed, followed by a few adjustments--some of which were temporarily painful but necessary for alignment and long-term relief. Then, I was introduced to specialized equipment using electric stimulation, infrared, and percussion therapy. If you're unfamiliar with these methods, it might seem unusual at first, but the results speak for themselves. After the session, my pain was significantly reduced, and now, several days later, I have enough mobility to do physical therapy exercises and continue healing. That said, chiropractic care isn't a cure-all. Depending on what ails you, you may need to do additional work--like stretching, strengthening exercises, or other therapies--to fully recover. Dr. Jung can provide an excellent foundation for healing, but long-term results require ongoing effort. Overall, I'd recommend Dr. Jung for his expertise and effective treatments, though a bit more communication about the process would make the experience even better.

Then(!), you work with Mihayla (the PT) more thoroughly on stretches and she is also amazing. Thinks through the way you present and shows you many stretches to help with the healing and then emails you them so you don't forget! She is also very friendly and encouraging. I've also worked with Stephanie for massages and she is also very thorough--asking me about painful spots, checking in as she works, and provides a very tranquil experience. Babette and Michael, the front office staff, are the absolute best! Super personable, friendly, and helpful with all the logistics. The way Dr. Jang evaluates my body and pain is truly unbelievable. He carefully goes over each part of the body--bones, muscles, and areas of tension--to find the root cause of the pain. I asked about it because it felt different from other chiropractic clinics, where they usually just do adjustments (which are still good). Dr. Jang uses a special technique called ART and treats my pain very gently. He explained that the muscles and pain points need to be properly evaluated first before doing any strong adjustments, which made a lot of sense to me. After several treatments, I felt a huge difference in my neck, shoulders, and back--as if the pain was being healed from the core. It's a very gentle but precise approach for deep muscle pain. I can tell that he really monitors my pain points and provides treatment based on my condition and progress, which makes the treatments even more effective. And the massage therapy afterward is truly amazing. I've dealt with pain from past car accidents, so I know how important it is to find good care--that's why I appreciate Eden Clinic so much. Fun fact: they have really advanced X-ray equipment and tools. Dr. Jang even discovered that my right leg is slightly shorter than my left, which may have caused me to lean a bit when standing. This made so much sense because I've always had pain in my right foot when walking or running for a long time. This has helped me a lot, and now I'm planning to use insoles in my shoes--no more pain! After 2 months and 13 visits, I finally felt 90% better and I would be able to resume my activities (though slowly).
