The appt was, well it didn't help the issue I was having. I received many calls to make additional appts, he even suggested twice a week, which I did not do. Then I get a bill in the mail claiming my appt was not covered by my insurance because, "there was a hidden deductible for any office visits that are longer than 40 minutes." Really??? I'm puzzled that any insurance would have some hidden charge clause that an appt lasting longer than 40 min would result in a denial of payment. I called and left a message that this office confirmed my Coverage (otherwise why would I make the appt to begin with) so why would I owe? And my insurance said they don't have a deductible and secondly, they don't have a time clause of any appts. I received a call back and the guy apologized and said, "oh, that wasn't supposed to be on your statement"...... Long story short, they don't accept my insurance...but didn't know at the time that they didnt??? And had I gone 2 times a week as suggested....I wouldve been looking at an almost 600.00 bill....

Roselyn was great at getting my feeling great through acupuncture, deep tissue massaging, and dynamic cupping. She even found big knots in my shoulders/back area that I didn't even tell her about. Those knots were from shoulder injuries that I had 10 years ago and I had just gotten used to the occasional clicking and light pain. She was able to treat my shoulders with acupuncture, deep tissue massaging, and cupping - and my shoulders haven't felt this good in years! Highly recommend Roselyn / Arbor-Vitae Acupuncture if you're looking for treatment. There is a waitlist for new clients, but you can be put on a waitlist and get notified for openings if time opens up sooner. I think I had to wait 3 weeks or so.

Acupuncture has proven to provide relief to constant back aches and pains that massage and Chiropractic alone could not fix. The different techniques used during treatments gave me instantaneous relief, while other remedies may have taken several sessions to repair or show any sign of progress. Acupuncture and cupping not only helped relieve any pains or aches, but it also was a remedy for stress relief and relaxation. I would say that acupuncture is kind of a "one stop shopping" type of treatment. I generally have a slight phobia of needles, but the needles used during acupuncture didn't really phase me. I learn something new every session, as Roselyn does an excellent job of explaining the different trigger points and natural remedies for ailments. I highly recommend paying Roselyn a visit. She'll take great care of you!

I panic and told a friend of mine because I do not want to start insulin injection. I fear of using insulin because it is troublesome, expensive, and hard to get off once you start. My friend told me to talk to Dr. Diana Hester, a Chinese acupuncture and medicine doctor I had met several years ago, when I had come down with a terrible flu. I remember Dr. Hester first told me to go to the emergency room right away back then because she worried I may have Pneumonia and needed to be hospitalized right away. After visiting the ER, I was ok to go home because I did not come down with Pneumonia. However, I was feeling very ill with severe coughing, headache, fever, and fatigued. Dr. Hester then started treating me with some Chinese herb soup, 3 times daily. That night I started feeling sleepy after 2 sleepless nights due to terrible coughing and high fever, and the next day when I woke up, although still feeling tired, all terrible symptoms were relieved. Over the past years, she also treated me with acupuncture and cured my lower back pain each time when I had an episode and went to her for help. It is hard to believe, because I had no knowledge about Chinese medicine and whether or not I should trust acupuncture, but it worked every time. So with my current severe diabetic illness, she started treating me by giving me a Sugar Combo Chinese herb powder, 3 times a day. Without taking insulin but with diet change and her herb treatment, my sugar level went down from 278 to 150 in fasting, and 124 two hours after a big meal. I am still continuing using the same Sugar Combo treatment, and I hope my sugar level and A1C will go down further in three months. My doctor was surprised my sugar level improved so much in only one month, and he wondered about the Chinese herb I was taking prescribed by Dr. Hester. So I am going to share the ingredients with my MD later. I did not used to believe in Chinese herb or acupuncture treatment, but it really works for me. I would have gone to Dr. Hester for my high blood pressure problem at the first place had I known it would work. I highly recommend Dr. Diana Hester. However, you need to trust her and the ancient Chinese medicine in order to improve your health, like I did.

I've seen a variety of healers of all types over the years with varying results. Zen's healing sessions are powerful, and I definitely feel different (and better) after she's worked on me. During the sessions, I've experienced a variety of strange and interesting phenomena. Sometimes I see a blob of purple light swirling around in the forefront of my "minds eye". Sometimes I feel very light and other times like I'm sinking into the earth. She has assured me that this is all normal and is just the experience of energy moving and shifting. My favorite sensation is when it feels like my body has disappeared and I drift in and out of a very dreamlike state. It is deeply relaxing and I feel lighter for days afterward. Zen is intuitive, gentle, wise, and well-versed in energy medicine. I'm grateful for the work she's done with me and the obstacles she's helped me clear from my path. If you are ready to make a change in your life and shift into a healthier state of being, I would recommend Zen's healing sessions.

I found Eden Clinic after my car accident because it's close to where I live--and OMG... I wish I…read morehad come here even before the accident. Dr. Jang is AMAZING. The way Dr. Jang evaluates my body and pain is truly unbelievable. He carefully goes over each part of the body--bones, muscles, and areas of tension--to find the root cause of the pain. I asked about it because it felt different from other chiropractic clinics, where they usually just do adjustments (which are still good). Dr. Jang uses a special technique called ART and treats my pain very gently. He explained that the muscles and pain points need to be properly evaluated first before doing any strong adjustments, which made a lot of sense to me. After several treatments, I felt a huge difference in my neck, shoulders, and back--as if the pain was being healed from the core. It's a very gentle but precise approach for deep muscle pain. I can tell that he really monitors my pain points and provides treatment based on my condition and progress, which makes the treatments even more effective. And the massage therapy afterward is truly amazing. I've dealt with pain from past car accidents, so I know how important it is to find good care--that's why I appreciate Eden Clinic so much. Fun fact: they have really advanced X-ray equipment and tools. Dr. Jang even discovered that my right leg is slightly shorter than my left, which may have caused me to lean a bit when standing. This made so much sense because I've always had pain in my right foot when walking or running for a long time. This has helped me a lot, and now I'm planning to use insoles in my shoes--no more pain! If you're looking for real treatment, I highly recommend Eden Clinic. They are lifesavers, and I'm so thankful I found this place.
