I literally saw a man before me get up from his massage to leave and then They tried to have me sit where he was on the SAME towels. An obvious language barrier made it difficult for me to get fresh towels so I literally grabbed my own from a pile of clean towels I saw and put it down. The treatment was okay. Maybe because I pissed the guy off or maybe because it's just an okay place. I didn't get any head, neck, or shoulders. He rubbed my forearms and then did the foot massage. I would hardly call this "reflexology" it's just an okay foot massage.

It's in a large room with no music, so it's perfect if you're looking for more bang for your buck. Unfortunately, the second time I went, the experience was completely different. The person giving my massage had breath that smelled so bad I felt uncomfortable the entire time. Other workers were smoking, and the smell kept coming inside. Then, as he was walking toward me with a hot towel, he dropped it on the floor. He didn't realize I could see because the towel had slipped off my eyes. He picked up the wet towel from the floor and put it on my legs. I felt dirty when I left and needed a shower afterward. I could still smell his breath on my skin. I feel bad leaving a negative review, but the experience was really gross, and I won't be back.

I was gifted a 2.5hr spa treatment for my birthday and loved this experience. The woman who took…read morecare of me was very nice and patient with me. The spaces looked clean, smelled good and had a relaxing vibe. Overall it was a good experience that I recommend. Everyone should at some point have a spa day. I left my phone in the locker, so no pictures. That being said, the lockers have PIN numbers you set yourself so your stuff is safe during your stay.

We when arrived, we had to wait 10 minutes which wouldn't have been so bad if it weren't for the employees whispering and peaking around the corner at us while we were in the lobby. They put us in a room together which we didn't ask for, like a couples massage, they just assumed. I asked for the masseuse to be more gentle when she started and I'm not sure if she understood me well because she wasn't that gentle. The worst part was the hot stones. They were too hot for the masseuse the handle but they tried to put them on us anyway. We had to have them remove it on our bill because they were too hot to put them on anybody or anything! They even left burn marks on my back. The spa is also covered in dust, the fish tank is disgustingly filthy, and had a musty smell in the rooms. They also refused to give a refund for the horrible service that was provided. The owner and employees will not take responsibility for their actions and inactions (see the owners response below). I have also updated my pictures with timestamps of the burn in question. I still have the mark 2 weeks later and it didn't show up right away, before we left the spa. I am also not from California nor do I live there to have the time to go back. I would never recommend this place.
