She briefly talked about the procedure and 10-15 mins into the massage she applied the cups with the right amount of suction. It was a little strange but not uncomfortable. She kept those cups on while she worked on my legs and feet. She definitely hit some spots I didn't know I needed. Ultimately I walked outta there feeling great. I noted on the form I wanted a massage on my tummy so my therapist worked on that without being asked or reminded. The place is located in a shopping center with plenty of parking. It's not a new bldg or have modern spa-like presence but the place and the sheets feel clean. The AC was not on but they had fans in the room. There is about a 10" gap between the walls to the ceiling so you can hear all the slappin', flappin', and clappin' but otherwise the noise level is fine. They also give a punch card where you get a free 60 mins massage after the 10th visit. Highly recommend!
