Dr Park was my first experience with Acupuncture. I have had back problems for a long period of time. Tried chiropractors, different stretching, and eventually went to pills to kill the pain. I was referred to Dr Park by a friend and after my first few visits starting feeling relief. I was really surprised and decided to continue the visits to see if it was all in my head or was really working. It really does work!. I found this location based on a Groupon that was offered - 3 visits plus a free consultation for only $81.00 Eunae Kim Acupuncture was the name of the place and it looks like it is located within another Acupuncturists office - the office of Dr. Park, in which she shares the space. I was very disappointed with the services that were offered. First of all, it was very difficult to understand what she was saying, due to the language barrier. 2nd - with the consultation, the appointment took all of 30 minutes. the subsequent visit took only 15 minutes including the in room survey. The 'acupuncture' that they use here is not your traditional.(at least not what i experienced). After filling out their survey, she did a treatment on me. She was using an 'acupuncture' tool where it acts like the needles, however it is not a single needle. it is sort of like it is just tiny pricks to your skin within the pressure points. It also did not make sense to me that she was doing it numerous times (over 100) in 3 areas on the right side of my body when the area of pain was my left elbow. After the first 2 visits (paid for 3 with Groupon), i figured it was not worth going back as it was not doing anything, and it was just a waste of my 15 minutes. I am more for the traditional type of Chinese Acupuncture compared to that of Korean Acupuncture. (personal preference). read more

Dr.Park is amazing. He is highly skilled and professional. I have been to other acupuncturist and was greatly disappointed. Dr. Park listened to my concerns resolved my knee issues and healed some other underlying health issues. He is one of the best in the area and so worth the drive to see. I don't have any other acupuncture experiences to compare my experience to, but I do appreciate Dr Park's bedside manner and genuine interest in my well-being. Having a degenerative condition in my lower back, I do not expect complete relief, but I have seen a marked improvement in my pain level and flexibility since I started seeing Dr Park. I live almost an hour away, but I have had 9 visits with him over a few months and plan to go back again for treatments in the future, and I always tell my friends and family about the good things he has done for me. read more

I wish I had tried acupuncture sooner! I've done massage therapy, drug therapy and eight years of chiropractic....none of them helped me as much as Dr. Park!!! He cured my plantar faciitis, my back and neck pain are finally under control and my muscles are not in a constant state of constriction. Dr. Kim was very nice & professional and I was asked a lot of questions on the form that I filled out. Unfortunately, she did not concentrate on the problem that I went in for & there was a language barrier issue & I could not understand her. I have been treated by 2 other acupuncturist not affiliated with this location & was very satisfied with results. This was a groupon special & thought I would give her a try. I was not familiar or satisfied with her technique & will not be returning as she used some type of pricking instrument up and down each side of my legs, arm, toes & fingers, no where near my pain area in my back of my shoulder, she does not use the traditional needles..this was basically a waste of time & money. I had never tried acupuncture before and came to Dr. Park with lots of issues including being overweight, fatigue, stress, sciatic nerve problems and polycystic ovarian syndrome. Acupuncture has worked wonders for me in such a short period of time. In a little over a month I lost 20 lbs, I no longer had the food cravings that contributed to my obesity. I began to have so much energy. I prefer acupuncture over a massage anyday. It has caused me to make some life long changes.
