I was very disappointed with the services that were offered. First of all, it was very difficult to understand what she was saying, due to the language barrier. 2nd - with the consultation, the appointment took all of 30 minutes. the subsequent visit took only 15 minutes including the in room survey. The 'acupuncture' that they use here is not your traditional.(at least not what i experienced). After filling out their survey, she did a treatment on me. She was using an 'acupuncture' tool where it acts like the needles, however it is not a single needle. it is sort of like it is just tiny pricks to your skin within the pressure points. It also did not make sense to me that she was doing it numerous times (over 100) in 3 areas on the right side of my body when the area of pain was my left elbow. After the first 2 visits (paid for 3 with Groupon), i figured it was not worth going back as it was not doing anything, and it was just a waste of my 15 minutes. I am more for the traditional type of Chinese Acupuncture compared to that of Korean Acupuncture. (personal preference).

Their first visit to Dr. Lee at Suwanee Acupuncture, he diagnosed it was a stroke. And she's been going to him for a while now. She's definitely improved. Since he spoke so highly of Dr. Lee, I went to see him because I have been feeling a tight lump in the left of my neck. That tightness made it difficult to look out for traffic when I wanted to filter left on the roads. Turning my face to the right was fantastic but turning to my left was tough and I couldn't turn entirely to where by chin was over my shoulder. I have tried many types of massages and it would help for the day and would slowly creep back the next day. Here, Dr. Lee 'balanced' my body, gave me a diagnosis of my strong and weak organs, gave me a list of things of dos/don'ts to eat to help me maintain my current state or improve. I must say, literally ... the pins/needles they use are so thin I didn't feel most of them being used ... and the few that I did feel were no big deal ... not like a blood draw or an injection or bee sting or pinch or even a finger prick for Diabetes testing ... I was SHOCKED as to how "non-eventful" it was. Leena is extraordinary at what she does. Was incredibly patient with all of my "phobic questions" and made sure I was comfortable and peaceful through the entire session ... and I WAS! She is a very intuitive, empathetic practitioner in this field and knows her stuff!!
