The staff has been consistently awesome since it opened and always make every workout a great experience especially with their 'sincere' friendly attitude! Mason, Jon, Heather and Bethany and, shoot, one of the 'originals' (can't remember all names!) are favs as the welcoming crew when I check in. Coaches are truly talented, always encouraging and energetic and always give me modifications for exercises so can reach my goal of achieving my best workout despite all my orthopedic issues. Favs that are still with us and haven't moved on include Kim, Katy, Trey, (Chantel n Cody when they come back to sub). Megan has the most motivating music mixes. Cant wait to get into a class to experience the new coaches! I will admit it gets a little frustrating getting into the times I need but still somehow seem to my 3 workouts a week!!

The studio attempted to charge me for an additional month after cancellation despite years of referrals and purchases. When I reached out, there was no willingness to reconsider. Even more concerning, the moment you voice a concern, your treatment noticeably changes! My "locked-in" rate was not honored and drastically went up even with a contract in place. I expected much better after years of loyalty for a pricey membership. This experience has made it clear the studio values revenue over long-term members.

I found his techniques different from what I've learned elsewhere and highly effective. In only one class, I am floating. Highly recommended for the intermediate to advanced practitioner. Cost is affordable. Update: I am sticking my handstand after only two practice sessions with Carlos. If you are a good student, he is phenomenal teacher...well he is a phenomenal teacher regardless but learning is up to you.

After class, Rachel gave us a tour of the facility and was incredibly welcoming and friendly, just like the rest of the staff. The gym itself is beautiful, modern, and exceptionally clean. I especially loved the white and tan interior design--it creates a bright, upscale atmosphere. The women's locker room is impressive, featuring lockers for personal belongings, a sauna, and a cold plunge. There are also convenient water refill stations throughout the gym. One of the most unique features is the slide, which definitely adds some personality and fun to the space! There's also an outdoor workout area in the corner for anyone who prefers exercising outside. Overall, Recess offers a great combination of high-quality fitness classes, excellent amenities, and a welcoming community. I would definitely recommend checking it out.

I bought a package of 10 classes at Studio 6 since it was closer to my house than my old studio, and never looked back. Studio 6 is amazing. It is the BEST Pilates studio in Dallas. The staff is helpful & friendly, and the instructors are amazing! It is a wonderful community. The workouts are challenging and the instructors are top notch. I can't say I've ever seen a huge crowd. This place caters to an older clientele which is cliquish, well-heeled and rather cold to strangers, but it's still a pleasant place to work out. They seem to have a decent offering of classes (including virtual). Definitely not a place for kids or young folk. I thought the monthly fees were competitive and I signed up for a year at a time. It's too bad they are closed on Sundays.
