The day of the appointment, they message me that they're in their way. Then the two hour window goes by and they're not here. I contact them and they tell me they have to reschedule and they assure me that they put me on the calendar for the following day, same two hour window. The next day comes by and the two hour window rolls by and I never hear back from them. At this point they wasted 4 hours of my life. They're completely flaky and unprofessional.
