It was a big project and Jayron with his team have exceeded my expectation. Before they started the work, they ran quick checkup and found 3 problematic outlets that my inspector totally missed. When running the 20-amp lines, they minimized the amount of holes on drywall. They also tried to find the transformer for my doorbell but it was gone for good so they helped me run an ethernet wire there for PoE camera instead. They did their best to keep everything clean and vaccum after the work was done. After the first job was done, I asked Jayron for quote to change the high ceiling fan and chandelier. He mentioned he would need to set up scaffolding which made me feel very reassured about his professionalism. During the process, Eduardo and Mateo found out that the box for old ceiling fan was plastic and it was hanging by a small metal piece with just half of the anchor grabbing into a 2x4 wood plank. This could have made the old fan fall anytime but with some miracle the previous owner did not have any accident with it. They replaced it with a metal box and was able to avoid drilling a new hole on high ceiling. Same thing happened with the chandelier. This really shows their professionalism and extensive knowledge compared to whoever install the old fan and chandelier for previous owner. Really happy with their work.

They patiently answered all of my questions. I felt involved at every stage in the process. They showed me the work once it was done, and made sure not to leave until we had plugged back in everything inside the house and made sure it had all come back. It was a masterclass in customer care. What do I mean by this? I had asked that the breakers in my box be identified with which part of my home they turned on/off. We bought the house as a flip and my home inspector missed that almost nothing in my breaker box was properly identified to a part of my home. Abby did this-using a labeller. I can easily identify what is linked to which part of the house. No having to guess a person's handwriting. It is such a relief to open the panel and immediately know what connects to where. And she carefully walked me through-twice-the newly identified breaker labels. When Abby set up motion sensor lights for the room where I have my furnace to replace bulbs operated with pull chords, she asked me first which setting I wanted the sensors on before installing them.
