Ummmm, no. This is a very expensive purse and definitely not the welcoming I expected upon entering a nice retail store in South Reno. I totally get theft and understand the deterrent local business owners need to prevent theft however customer service should still be intact. Referral and return business is so important, especially for local business owners in this small (big) growing city. I would suggest proper training, maybe more security or a camera system. The customer should not feel like a suspect while shopping...definitely a huge turn off while here today.

This world is totally overwhelming, looking around at everything had me scratching my head, and asking questions had me beet red, but once I mustered up the courage to start the conversation, the staff had me at ease and helped guide me in my search. The whole experience was educational and fun, a stark contrast to prior experiences elsewhere and what I thought it would be like shopping here. I explained it was a gift for someone, they didn't like it, so they mailed it back to me. By the time I got it, and had a chance to come in again it was a little past the date. I am a local, and I chose to shop local. The tags were still on the item, and I wasn't looking for my money back, but to just exchange for something else. I probably would have ended up spending more. The sales girl said she'd ask the manager to see if it would be ok. She came back and told me she said no. I won't ever be shopping there again!!
