All times i asked, they said I was up to date. Shortly after I get a bill which I ignored and subsequently was nagged by someone from billing in Massena who was outraged by my refusal to pay $27 ish . .... a very minute amount in comparison I guess. I'd liked to think she was just having a bad day I guess.

I've worked with many different employees so it's not a one person issue but an establishment issue that should be serious addressed. considering it's one of the only places for glasses in this area it sucks to pay so much for such shitty attitudes. The worst part is the remote Doctors and technicians are better at providing service and customer service than those available on site. Not impressed, do better.
