(They even do eye exams on the premises). I bought a pair of glasses from them and a week later my husband stepped on them. Definitely no fault of their's. I brought them back in and asked if they could refit them with a replacement frame. I thought they'd send them away and call me back a week later etc. - but no, they did it right there on the spot. I had a new pair of glasses in about 10 minutes. Not only that, but they fixed another pair of glasses that I brought in that I had bought elsewhere.
