I always remember that it's time to get the gutters cleaned when it's raining and I see water overflowing and missing the downspouts completely. Here's what I've learned from that - don't skimp on cleaning the gutters! It destroys your foundation (another thing I never thought about until I had to fix it. It's at least 10 times what you pay for having the gutters cleaned once a year.) After our first rain this year, I tried to remember when I'd last had the gutters cleaned and I drew a blank. When I saw that we were scheduled to get rain again, I put on my grown up hat and started calling around to see if anyone might be available to clean my gutters. Adam responded quickly and was able to give me a fair price and squeeze me in along with a bunch of other last-minute grownups. Today when the rain started, all the anxiety about my potentially ruined foundation was gone because Adam and his crew finished the job on Tuesday. Just wanna say these guys did a great job pressure washing my yard and my pretty much my whole house. They came the same day I was having a party and were quick and efficient. These guys were great. We have a small house, but it's all windows. We also live on a hill, so the windows are at different heights. All to say - not an easy job. Adam and Franco did really thorough cleaning and detailing work, and the windows looked absolutely incredible when they were done. Price was reasonable. I haven't tried his services so I cannot comment on it, but note that he may get offended if you are getting another quote. I got a quote from him August 31, then went out of town for a week or so, and someone I had asked for a quote before I left gave me a quote. The amount was 5 times higher and it got me concerned. Since Adam didn't have time to come out to see my house and based his quote on the pictures I was able to provide him with, I was concerned he never saw the place and the quote might not be accurate. When I called him about it he said obviously I was asking him to charge more and now he will be forced to come out to look and to charge me more. When I explained to him how my only concern was miscommunication he told me he no longer wanted to work on my job. He claimed I didn't respond for a month (it was two weeks) and that I was getting quotes from all over town (I just called another place the same time when I contacted him intially.) He may be great and he did remind me of his excellent reviews on the web, but I guess I also caught him on a bad day, like another reviewer had mentioned. By exercising a little more caution and making sure he'd be working on what he thought it would be, I unexpectedly offended him. read more

I highly recommend Adam and his team. They are an incredibly thorough and professional crew. Our windows, screens, window sills, exterior lights were filthy; and we had some abandoned wasp nests under our gutters, which they removed. They cleaned inside and out, and by the time Adam and crew were finished, everything was sparkling. Can't say enough good things about Adam. We have a long term rental in Northeast LA and contacted Adam to clean the gutters. He did a terrific job. While cleaned them out, he discovered the gutter was not draining properly. He recommended re-routing it along a different wall and we gave him the go-ahead. But as he began the work he realized the gutter was simply installed at the wrong angle. It probably was put back incorrectly after the house was painted a few years ago. That was the reason it wasn't draining. Instead of moving forward with the repairs and charging us for work we didn't need, he put the gutter on at the correct angle so it would drain properly. No charge. I was already impressed with Adam's work but am even more impressed by his character and integrity. Big thumbs up.
