Adam, Kane and JoJo came to power wash my 2 story Victorian and clean the gutters and windows and power wash the driveway. They were incredibly professional and thorough and did a wonderful job. Kane asked me to do a final walk through and said any concerns or issues I had would be addressed if it came up and none did. Adam did a great job cleaning the gutters and testing the downspout drains at my house. He is very popular, but I was able to get an appointment very quickly, and on a Sunday. His prices were very good (I got another quote about 3 times as high). We had some light rain on and off at the time too, and Adam worked through it, which was great. The best part, though, was that he took extra time to talk with me in lots of detail about a water intrusion I had had recently coming through the downstairs floor. He walked around the house with me and brainstormed ideas about how to improve drainage around the house, and what contractors might be able to help me with that job. I am glad I disregarded the one negative review given to Adam Kirk Window Cleaning in August 2017, deciding that that guy must just have had a "bad day." Everyone else seemed satisfied, so I called him, and found him to be friendly and wanting to accommodate. This was my first experience with Adam Kirk's service and I am very satisfied. He sent two guys, Brian and Franco, who were very courteous and did a good job. No "in and out" with a "lick and a promise" here; they worked for 3 hours on the windows, mirrors, shower doors and screens for my 3 bedroom house.
