Firstly, I am not a frequent reviewer for various personal reasons, so it takes a very exceptional service/company for me to write a review. I would give Adam 6 stars if I could. Adam was extremely professional, beyond thorough, and patient while he spent the entire day cleaning my windows by hand. He was so thorough that I had to tell HIM to stop cleaning but he insisted on working on this one window which he thought needed a little more cleaning! Additionally, he was very patient in explaining to me the different types of windows I had and how to care for each one. We also had some great conversations which made me chuckle even after he left. And if that's not enough, he stuck by the quote he gave me initially even though the job was bigger upon inspection than he thought. I cannot think of one negative thing to say about Adam. All I can say is that he is in my personal contact list and I will definitely be using him again. Thanks so much, Adam! I had Adam clean our gutters last year and he did a great job so when I wanted to clean our windows I gave him a call. He gave me a very, very reasonable quote and that was what I paid. Three super nice young men came to the house at the appointed hour. There are many windows and french doors in the house and they cleaned them all, including the screens. My windows are spotless. Adam is very professional and provided great service. When I called to set up an appointment, he was quite personable. He was able to give me a quote and told me he would call me back on the day of the appointment to confirm an exact time. He did and arrived on time. Adam did an excellent job, and the windows and patio doors came out really clean despite having a lot of hard water stains on the outside. Our condo is on the 2nd floor but he gave each pane of our French windows meticulous attention. While he was cleaning the inside of the windows he was careful about removing his shoes because we had just installed new carpeting. I contacted Adam a week ago after reading the great reviews on Yelp. He called me back, and came and checked out the house for an estimate on Sunday. He was here today to clean out my gutters which was the original plan. When he gave me the quote, he also gave me a very reasonable quote to wash all the windows which I accepted. He and his associate were here for 4 1/2 hours today and did a GREAT JOB! I highly recommend them and will use them again. Adam and his associates worked diligently for 8 full hours on cleaning all windows, gutters, sewers, walls, and solar panels, and walls around my house, also front and back balconies 3 days ago, including some other areas without extra charge. Not a fan of negative Yelping...but my experience with Adam was just too weird. I hired him because he's highly rated, the price was right, and initially he seemed personable enough...but I guess I caught him on a bad day. The window panes looked fine, but he left a lot of the frames and tracks untouched, and some of them were filthy. I texted him a video of some of the spots he missed, hoping maybe he'd come back and finish the job like most contractors would. Instead he responded..."I'll give you a refund." He did a lot of work, so I responded that a refund wasn't necessary, and that I just wanted to show him what I found. So the ball was in his court...and that's when it got weird. He responded with..."It's a simple mistake I made. I accept responsibility. Your video is disrespectful. Erase my number." Huh? Dramatic much? My vid was straightforward and uneventful. Too bad I can't post it here. Maybe he can't discern valid professional criticism from "disrespect"? So his refund offer at this point was less of a courtesy.. and more of a big "Whaaa! I'm taking my ball and going home." A backhanded gesture. No "Thanks for letting us know, I'll send someone out to take care of that". Just a "Here's refund and screw You.' I'm looking for clean window tracks...not an unprofessional response more like a butthurt teenage drama queen on instagram. So beneath all the good reviews, there are a lot of one stars that describe similar unprofessional attitude. He needs some work in that department. read more

We love Adam! He does great work and prices fairly. Our home is two story and all windows and doors are French style with small panes. Other quotes we got were through the roof and Adam was extremely fair. We actually ended up paying him extra after we saw the results although he didn't ask for it. Amazing! He spent all day on our home and was meticulous with every detail. We have used him several times and are never disappointed. It's not just about the price... Adam does great work. Adam is amazingly professional and he and his crew did an wonderful job on the windows of our complicated house (two stories, lots of small panes of glass, etc.). I scheduled a window washing with Adam about 3 weeks ago. Adam came by to give us a (very reasonable) estimate the next morning and then we scheduled a date for the window washing. As it was raining off and on, Adam was concerned that the rain would spoil our windows for the holidays and he insisted on holding off on the job until we would have a clear window of weather before Xmas - the truth is that he could have done the work (and earned the fees) over a number of weeks, but Adam wanted to delay the job since he was so concerned that we have beautiful windows for the holidays.
