Keep in mind…read morethat 4 stars is still REALLY GOOD! :) Let's start on a positive note: -Greg and his second shooter arrived on time and immediately went to work. -They were very professional and captured many memorable moments. -They were respectful of our culture and did not "get in the way" while doing their job. -Greg and his second shooter did not give us any stress and were really easy going. -He directed us on what we can do without making the moments seem cheesy. -He took into account the songs I wanted in the film and used 3 songs I requested. -I believe they stayed past their contracted time and got a few good dancing shots. Onto some constructive criticisms: -I wish my film had some more creativity put into it. It was pretty much a summary of our wedding day in a nutshell. Some parts were chunky and a little "textbook." I was initially sold on the previous works their team did, and felt mine was a little bland in comparison. In hindsight and with fairness, I should've spent some more time during my wedding preparations to clearly communicate with them what I envisioned in our wedding film. I also had to e-mail to ask about the delivery of our end product. The response I received made me feel like they were rushing to meet the deadline and possibly waited last minute to work on it. Final thoughts: I would definitely recommend Greg of Fiske Film to capture your next big events. Our friends from Maryland who couldn't make it to our wedding and saw the video said it was very beautiful and touching. I guess I just had greater expectations based on other wedding films I've seen that they produced.

The first family photos we took at Salt Creek and they totally accommodated my son's nap schedule. They were really warm and friendly with my son who was 18 mos at the time and that made the entire experience really enjoyable. Those photos are so beautiful and we constantly receive compliments on them. We also set up newborn photos recently and the experience was wonderful. Rachel recommended that they come to my house for the photos. A lot of other newborn photographers have you go to their studio and they limit the amount of people you can photograph. When you are sleep deprived, having the photos taken at your house is so so so much easier and less stressful. They were super patient the entire time since the baby had to nurse a bunch and was fussy. They were able to capture some really beautiful moments with my family and I can't wait to send the announcement out and share photos of our daughter!
