This project cost over $15,000! We have a water/mold issue with our bathroom ceiling and since this is a health and safety matter, I expected that the company would send someone out to verify that this issue is not being caused from their previous work. I was told someone would come out after their A/C emergency calls were finished. When nobody called to schedule, I called back two days later and was told they would not send anyone out. They told me they no longer work on bathroom ventilation and gave me the name of another company that could come out to look. I left a voicemail with Angela Rubino Hines, the president of the company, and still have not heard back from her after several days. I never leave reviews but felt it was important to warn others about how they treat their clients. I have been in the Gold Maintenance plan with their company for years, and this is how they treat a serious health and safety issue. I'd hate to see how they treat their regular or potential customers. From their own website: "Our talented team of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and home performance professionals takes our company to the next level by providing the highest level of workmanship and customer service possible." This does not match up with their current actions. I will update this review if I ever hear back from Angela Rubino Hines or this company.

We initially called in another plumber, and he and his boss felt very strongly that a hairline crack in the pan of our master shower was causing the issue. They came back with an estimate of $7,000 to redo the entire master shower (and vanity). What? We called Bommer Plumbing for a second opinion and boy, are we glad we did. Jim arrived right on time and he worked with my husband and me to troubleshoot the leak. He spent close to 90 minutes at our place. Long story short, the culprit of the leak was worn caulk along the top of of the master shower basin, NOT a hairline crack. We all cheered when the source was found! We saved thousands of dollars with this (accurate) diagnosis. And he even pointed out a potential issue with the electric source for our downstairs bathroom fan. Jim was knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and hilarious. We were cracking jokes like old buds. He was awesome! And office staff is super friendly. They keep you apprised of your plumber's whereabouts on the day of your appointment. They even send a picture of your plumber so you know what they look like ahead of time. This was a great touch and much appreciated, as you can never be too careful these days. I cannot recommend this company enough.
