He took the time to explain everything about the Audi, including the details that needed attention. His customer service was truly outstanding. Unfortunately, my experience with the way the owner/manager handled the situation was very disappointing. We came in on July 14 with the full intention of purchasing the vehicle that same day. We were prepared to complete the purchase and were even willing to leave a deposit to hold the car. We were the first customers to arrive and the first to test drive the vehicle. While we were looking over the car and taking our time making sure it was the right purchase, another customer became interested in the same vehicle. This customer was the owner/manager's client, but they were not ready to purchase the car and did not leave any type of deposit to secure it. Despite this, we were not given the opportunity to place a deposit or move forward with the purchase, even though we had arrived first and were serious buyers ready to complete the transaction. I feel that the "first come, first served" principle was not respected, and that was extremely disappointing. What made the situation worse was the way the other customer spoke to us while we were simply looking at the vehicle. The interaction felt disrespectful, and I felt that the owner/manager allowed the situation to escalate instead of making sure all customers were treated fairly and professionally. As serious buyers who were ready and willing to take the vehicle home, we expected a more fair and professional experience. Allowing us the opportunity to place a deposit would have handled the situation differently and avoided the frustration. I want to give the salesperson 5 stars for his honesty, professionalism, and excellent customer service. However, the way management handled the situation left a very negative impression. I hope the dealership reviews its policies and customer service approach so future customers do not have the same experience.

So we went stopped by this place last week because we are looking for a used car. Everything seemed…read moreok until we tried to test drive a car. The car had a light come on. It wasn't the engine light but something else. We wanted to see what the price would be and mentioned the light. On their website it says there are no added fees such as dealership fees, etc. We looked and they added some added fees to the price. Yeah it wasn't dealership fees it was warranty fees. In the state of Georgia law car dealerships cannot add warranty fees automatically on used cars unless the customer wants one. I told them I didn't want one and they said that the car cannot leave the lot unless I get a warranty. And guess where the repairs will be at? At their garage of course. How can you make me get a warranty? Crooks! I will notify the state about their practices. It is not a trust worthy place! If I don't want a warranty you can't make me get one. That's my choice! The workers think they are slick! You put proudly that you don't have hidden fees. What is that?! I am so glad I left because I know from the reviews on here that they are scammers! Selling used cars with problems. No wonder they are making you buy a warranty for their cars. They know you will come back and have to pay a deductible and then pay extra payments for a lemon car. Thank you for showing me the red flags before I signed the dotted line! Shame on you! And please owner don't try to reply saying something that I am lying or it was miscommunication.
