After negotiating the price etc. The numbers kept changing. Red flag 1 The car was delivered with a warning light, broken fuel lid, broken back windshield wiper motor, and a warning light. I bought a 2024 Cross Sport from thia dealer. It was delivered with damage not disclosed. There is a warning light, the rear wiper doesnt work , the trunk wont close and more. I took it for warranty work immediately. It has been in TWO accidents. MOE, told me it waa accident free during the purchase. I. Was the told by Chris that the cars are AS IS, regardless of how they are represented, and I was aware of the accident history. Bought a vehicle from out of state to have it shipped in. They failed to disclose a broken item. Also failed to even ship the vehicle in a timely manner upon flying in from out of state to pick up the vehicle, I come to find that it has not even been cleaned. After I booked my flight the salesman Jeff informed me that they were waiting on a part to which I immediately freaked out because like, WHAT!? it turned out to be a rear door latch. I flew into Georgia and Uber'd one hour to the dealership. Upon reaching gas station I discovered TPSM light on, scanned and found DTC code for ECM/PCM that had been cleared 31 starts and ~440 miles prior. Door ajar light on despite all doors closed - will update if dealership makes this right. Update: They said they will send the door handle to me, let's see if they're true to their word. Additionally, the unlock and lock button on the driver door only works intermittently. Many used car dealers have a reputation for being shady and this dealership is no exception. Shady, not entirely forthcoming, i'm sure the main reason is because I am from out of state and they believe that they will never see me again, Overall not a great experience. I purchased a vehicle from Magnetism Motors in Lawrenceville, GA and had a very disappointing experience. Within just one week of owning the car, the low oil warning light came on, followed by a "maximum oil" alert. I was told they had recently done an oil change, so this was very concerning. When I reached out to the dealership, I was given the runaround for about 3 weeks. When I finally got in contact with someone who could help, I was informed that the previous person I had been dealing with had been fired. I asked for assistance or a possible replacement since I had only owned the truck for less than 30 days. I was told it was an "as-is" sale and they could not help me. Eventually, I had the truck towed back so they could at least diagnose the issue. They stated it was a rear main seal problem. During this process, my truck was damaged--specifically the rear suspension--without me being informed. I only discovered this after having the vehicle towed to Audi, where they immediately provided photos showing the truck was noticeably out of alignment. Now I'm not only dealing with the original engine issue, but also additional damage that I will have to pay to repair. I've been without my vehicle for over 60 days and have been relying on Uber every day. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with how this situation was handled and the lack of accountability or support from the dealership. This review reflects my experience only. I purchased a 2018 Toyota Camry from this dealership because I needed reliable transportation for a 2+ hour commute to and from school. Within 45 minutes of driving the car, multiple warning lights appeared on the dashboard. I immediately contacted the dealership and was told to bring the car back the following Monday. The dealership kept the car for several days and stated it only needed transmission fluid. However, after driving it for just a couple more days, the same warning lights returned. I then took the vehicle to my personal mechanic, who informed me that the car needed a new transmission. To confirm, I took it to AAMCO, and they reached the same conclusion. I contacted dealership management to return the vehicle, as I had not even owned it for a full week. I was then told to contact the extended warranty company. The warranty company conducted their own inspection and again confirmed the vehicle required a new transmission. The only response I received from the business manager was that I "should have waited to use the warranty," despite the car being completely undrivable. The cost of a new transmission was quoted at over $8,000, which was impossible for me to afford--especially with school starting within a month. I was left without transportation and out of money. Thankfully, the loan company showed compassion and offered to cancel the loan if the dealership agreed to notify them. Unfortunately, the dealership showed no sympathy or accountability and refused to do so. This vehicle was clearly a lemon, and the way this situation was handled was extremely disappointing. I spoke to the owner personally and ask the owner Bill to walk with integrity to rectify the situation. I only had the car 8H before the check engine light came on. I took the car to the Dodge Dealership where my Warranty company could be upheld. The warranty company refused to fix my vehicle because they said it had a pre existing bad transmission. After bringing all the facts to the owner, after giving them a non refundable deposit of 10k. Instead of following great business practices and either fixing the vehicle, taking it back and putting me into an operating vehicle and selling the car back to the Auction, the owner tells me. Taz took my phone and wrote a fake review if you seen it earlier. *Below is an updated & edited review after 5 months with this Tesla* also a response to the untimely and childish response they had to my review from March 2025: They actually sold me a car that had broken screws in the license plate holder. Which has also caused rust to develop where the screws are. Not only did they fail to inform me of this, but they also overcharged me in retrospect (which I honestly did mind at first) and they knew about these screws because they taped the temporary tag on top of the rusted broken screws in the license plate holder. I'm beyond disappointed with this because like I said I didn't mind paying that much for the car initially, but it ended up being problems I have seen later on, that they failed to communicate at the time of sale. To add to that, at the dealership the day I bought the car Taz failed to point out that there was a crack in the back window. If my girlfriend didn't see it, he would've sold me a car with multiple malfunctions without notifying me. If you're reading this thank you and have a blessed day. The problem was( I have to repeat myself because they clearly can't read lol) was they failed to tell me any of the big issues that were wrong with the car. Example: #1 missing screws in the license plate (which is obviously very important) is something that I found later on way after the purchase when I tried to get my hard license plate. And on a quick side note I know I should've checked everything before pulling out the lot but what can I say? I'm young I was excited and regardless they failed to point this out.... Okay #2 At the time of purchase nobody told me about the crack in the windshield. My girlfriend had to point this out to Taz ( one of the dealers, and Taz specifically told me to "not worry about that and wait to take it to a Tesla dealership... So the lie that you guys never heard of or "this is the first time hearing about.." is a bold lie. And at this point I'm convinced you guys are so worried about the reviews you don't even pay attention to the actual issues people have. On another note I wanted to do a voluntary repo for multiple reasons. Not just because I simply "can't afford it" which like I said if you actually took the time and read my review in the first place you would see where I'm coming from. When I called to do the repo they (Taz) told me " to contact the bank and Magentism motors has no further involvement" which is crazy if you think about it. They just sell the car and forget it ever happened unless you leave a sorry review. Interesting don't you think? This is for Bill or whatever your name and position is. If you want to keep going back and forth with reviews let's go because I have more than enough evidence to back all of my stories up. Just bought my first Tesla and it has been a nightmare. So caution to everyone wanting a buy a Tesla from them. They add a $1000 product to ALL Teslas and don't disclose it a time of purchase. My Tesla has a wrap on it so this bogus warranty doesn't even COVER the damages to my car since the wrap is considered an aftermarket product. You're also crammed into one room, with 7 different salesmen. Hardly any room to move around in. They will not negotiate prices of trade in. You also never get to physically talk to the F&I manger which is VERY weird. So stay away from this dealership, it's shady. read more

Buckle up, this is going to be an adventure. Just not a very enjoyable one. So, I bought a 2024 Dodge Durango Hellcat, my dream vehicle. At first glance, it's everything I wanted in one. Now with that said, here is where the nightmare begins. After signing (digitally) the paperwork, I left the car lot and not even 5 miles down the road, I started to get warning lights on the vehicle. Called them and they said that it was due to mis matched tires and get them changed and that would fix it. So in good faith I did just that. But it did not resolve the issue with the ABS and traction control. Now I'm getting even more angry about this deal. So just when it couldn't get worse, the transmission goes out. Now it's at the Dodge dealership getting looked at because Magnetism motors says everything is under warranty. When I get there at Dodge dealership, they also say it's under warranty and take it in for service. Keep in mind, this is only 5 days after purchase. Dodge techs fix the ABS and traction control systems, under warranty. However, when they start on the transmission they find out that it's been heavily modified and this voiding the warranty. I talked with the staff at magnetism motors in hopes that they will help resolve the issues. I'm not going to mention names here, but let's say that only one person was willing to even address the issues. Long story short, that told me that they have no responsibility to repair the vehicle or even address it having problems. Why? Because I bought it as is!!! I even gave them the chance to spilt the costs with me. Which are over $13k at this point. But no, they basically told me I'm on my own. Now I'll give the benefit of doubt here, maybe they didn't know how damaging the motor and transmission was in? Perhaps. I know that I had no idea, I would not have bought it. So here I am, getting ready to make my first payment on the loan and my vehicle is still in the repair shop. Just to add insult to injury, my trade that they gave me $15,500 for, is now on their lot for sale at $29,800. Yeah, this is the type of car lot you're dealing with. Not very reputable at all. My advice, please steer clear of this car lot. They are all about sending out what seems to be nice vehicles, but end up as lemons. Read the rest of the reviews, I wish that I had done that before doing business with this car lot. Buyer beware!!! UPDATE:::: Local dealership in Augusta GA has fully restored my Hellcat to better than new! It cost me $8500 to get repaired. I have yet to drive my vehicle more than once since the purchase. I reached out to these clowns to help with the cost of repairs, I offered to pay half, and they refused. I've actually paid a loan payment before my vehicle was even drivable! SCAM. I recently had the unfortunate experience of purchasing a 2014 Volkswagen from Magnetism Motors. The car I received was in deplorable condition, nothing like what was advertised or promised. Magnetism Motors exhibited zero integrity by misrepresented the condition of the vehicle, painting a rosy picture of a well-maintained car when in reality, it was a clunker on its last legs. The level of dishonesty displayed by Magnetism Motors was truly astounding. They conveniently failed to mention the litany of issues plaguing the vehicle. The upper and lower timing cover leaked engine oil, engine oil pressure switch failure, misfires, carbon buildup, and many other issues that were clearly an issue before I purchased the vehicle. Magnetism motors was even adamant that I purchase a warranty that is also useless. These damages clearly occurred prior to my purchase and not equivalent to the time of my ownership of the vehicle. To make matters worse, when I confronted them about the abysmal condition of the car, they were dismissive and uncooperative, refusing to take any responsibility for their blatant deception. It was clear that their only concern was making a quick buck, regardless of the consequences for unsuspecting customers like myself. These damages that took place would have been damage/wear down by prior ownership or in the possession of the Dealership that sold the VOLKSWAGEN PASSAT. I purchased a car and it broke down a little over a month of me having it. The same day my car broke down. The company that I finance my car through told me to reach out to the dealership to see if they could do a diagnostic on the car to see what was going on with it or would they exchange it for another car? I called the dealership and spoke with someone who told me that they don't service the public. So after that conversation I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. It seems this was the only way to get a response from the company because any other time that you call you always got to run around. On April 16 after calling the office several times I finally got in touch with Oz who thinks that just because they ran an emission on the car that this was all the inspections it needed. I knew he was pissed about the matter because I reported them to the Better Business Bureau so now you wanna run a diagnostic test on the car that you should've been doing in the beginning when you had the car at your dealership. He asked me for the report from the Honda dealership where my car is being serviced and claim that he would give me a call back and I'm 3 days in still haven't received a call from him. To even try to get the car up and running my repair bill is almost at $6000 for A car that is not even worth that much.. And if the company truly had did an inspection on the car, they would've noticed that there was bolts missing, there was an oil leak and other issues under the car. This company only wants your money. They only want their commission. They don't care about the outcome of the car once it leaves their lot. It doesn't matter if you have a warranty or not they should value their work. They should value their company, but they don't. you shouldn't have to pay to run an inspection before you get a car from a dealership I don't care if it is used or not. And to top it off the Car Fax report was given false information because if I known the car had been in an accident I would've never bought the car anyways. I bought car from them without going to look at it and trusted what they said in the add the car had zero accidents and the interior and exterior was listed as excellent so was the motor the car only had 14000 miles on it, I told them I had a bad experience with carvana sending me a car that had been repainted and had damage that was not listed, I asked for them to send pics of the hood and door gaskets where over spray usually will hide from a repaint they sent several pics and all looked good, so I bought the car, it was a pain to have it shipped this cost me out of pocket when I was told it would be on the loan, and after looking at the car myself the front clip and passenger side has been repainted they made sure not to include the pics with over spray on them the sunroof didn't work the gps was nonfunctional, rearview mirror wiring had been cut, the car was missing emblems and was scratched bad the repaint looks like it came out of a spray can it cant be buffed out its so bad I noticed when they took pics the car was wet, and the headliner has a big rip across it, this is not excellent at all like they told me, now he said you are lucky, you bought the best warranty we have take it to the dealership and have them fix it which they said they wont because it was preexisting, I spent 37000k on this car only to be lied to and hustled by Magnetism and now am stuck with a rebuilt wreck I hope Karma comes around they are rip off artist and are not to be trusted read more

Stay away!!! The GM and owner are brothers. The day we bought our vehicle it died while driving it home and would not start. Both batteries were dead so we replaced them. Still nothing. We contacted the dealership and asked to cancel the contract. They refused. It was towed to an authorized MB dealership where it has been for over a week. The MB service center said the starter is bad but that doesn't explain why the vehicle died. They need to order a starter and then diagnose for other issues. Contacted Magnetism Motors and they only offer for us to have the vehicle towed to them and they will replace the starter. I've asked for them to respond with a resolution in text or email and they refuse saying that we must call. That's a red flag. Long story short, the MB dealership informed us today that the motor must be replaced. We've informed Magnetism Motors of the issue and asked for a callback to cancel the contract. Will they do the right thing or go radio silent as they have done others which can be verified by researching the pending lawsuits against them? Holding out for an amicable resolution. read more

Has anyone had this happen at Magnetism Motors ? We purchased a 2020 ram 2500, with 20,00 miles and a clean Carfax from Ozair Dangra (Oz) Magnetism Motors in Marietta. We found out when I brought it in for tires and alignment there was hidden damage to the front differential, which needed replacement. Plus there was a cracked transmission part later that needed to be replaced. Ozair (Oz) said he had no knowledge of the hidden damage, which after several phone calls and meetings to resolve this costly over $6000 repair, he offered nothing. Even with a clean Carfax have your vehicle inspected ! Let me know if he has a trail of disgruntled buyers out there, be careful. read more
