    Rusted and removed screws to the license plate holder which they failed to bring to my attention at the time of purchase

    Taz took my phone and wrote a fake review if you seen it earlier. *Below is an updated & edited review after 5 months with this Tesla* also a response to the untimely and childish response they had to my review from March 2025: They actually sold me a car that had broken screws in the license plate holder. Which has also caused rust to develop where the screws are. Not only did they fail to inform me of this, but they also overcharged me in retrospect (which I honestly did mind at first) and they knew about these screws because they taped the temporary tag on top of the rusted broken screws in the license plate holder. I'm beyond disappointed with this because like I said I didn't mind paying that much for the car initially, but it ended up being problems I have seen later on, that they failed to communicate at the time of sale. To add to that, at the dealership the day I bought the car Taz failed to point out that there was a crack in the back window. If my girlfriend didn't see it, he would've sold me a car with multiple malfunctions without notifying me. If you're reading this thank you and have a blessed day. UPDATE MAY 20th 2025 *Update again, because now they want to push false narratives to cover their behinds. Below I've attached their untimely and petty response they made 2 months after the review I left. First off they got a few things wrong so I want to set the record straight... if you read my review above I clearly said that I could afford the car I just was not going to pay for something that i not knowingly had to fix. The problem was( I have to repeat myself because they clearly can't read lol) was they failed to tell me any of the big issues that were wrong with the car. Example: #1 missing screws in the license plate (which is obviously very important) is something that I found later on way after the purchase when I tried to get my hard license plate. And on a quick side note I know I should've checked everything before pulling out the lot but what can I say? I'm young I was excited and regardless they failed to point this out.... Okay #2 At the time of purchase nobody told me about the crack in the windshield. My girlfriend had to point this out to Taz ( one of the dealers, and Taz specifically told me to "not worry about that and wait to take it to a Tesla dealership... So the lie that you guys never heard of or "this is the first time hearing about.." is a bold lie. And at this point I'm convinced you guys are so worried about the reviews you don't even pay attention to the actual issues people have. On another note I wanted to do a voluntary repo for multiple reasons. Not just because I simply "can't afford it" which like I said if you actually took the time and read my review in the first place you would see where I'm coming from. When I called to do the repo they (Taz) told me " to contact the bank and Magentism motors has no further involvement" which is crazy if you think about it. They just sell the car and forget it ever happened unless you leave a sorry review. Interesting don't you think? This is for Bill or whatever your name and position is. If you want to keep going back and forth with reviews let's go because I have more than enough evidence to back all of my stories up. That fact that you would take time out your day to not consult me in this issue but antagonize me and try to push a false narrative, totally neglecting the issues and facts and try to summarize it to " I'm mad because I can't afford whatever" is very low petty and childish. I'm not the first person you guys have gone back and forth with in the reviews and based off of how you guys operate, I'm confident I won't be the last. If you are reading this PLEASE TAKE CAUTION BEFORE PULL OFF OF THEIR LOT Make sure and check EVERYTHING especially in a Tesla because it seems to me like these guys want the quick buck ( who doesn't) but once you drive off the lot, unfortunately they WILL not be any help. So before you buy from them ( especially a Tesla) check everything, or be in the situation I'm in. I want people to know how they operate. So hopefully I can't save some troubles because they clearly aren't looking to improve. Good day.

    The worst car buying experience I've ever had. Please stay away. Save yourself from being treated badly and then after purchase being left high and dry without any help just hours after driving the car off the lot. GM and owner cheat customers with legal loop holes and right now vehicle is still not drivable and they have done many other underhanded things knowing that GA law isn't in favor of the consumer. There are several pending lawsuits against them. Many of the reviews you see are FAKE and as soon as you dig deeper you see the very bad buying experience and treatment of customers. Unethical and illegal practices are everywhere you look and they refuse to acknowledge or help. From a still STRANDED consumer.

    I was hesitant to buy a car sight unseen but I'm glad I did. I bought a C8 Corvette from them last week. I dealt with Jeff. From the first phone call i felt pretty confident in the service. It's not high pressure at all. They got me great financing and a quick turnaround on the paper work. They arranged shipping and the car was here 3 days later. Besides the car being low on gas, of course I flipped them grief about lol the car was flawless. Absolutely a great transaction. The other reviews might be legit but I guarantee you it's not the norm for this dealership.

    I had the pleasure of purchasing an X5 from James Sierra! Definitely recommend him for any sales and questions! He went the extra mile to make sure my family and I were purchasing an amazing car all around. He was honest about the entire deal and even suggested we get it inspected before purchasing and even had it maintenance for us before we took it home.     Authorized Volkswagen dealership auto repairs estimate

    SCAM. I recently had the unfortunate experience of purchasing a 2014 Volkswagen from Magnetism Motors. The car I received was in deplorable condition, nothing like what was advertised or promised. Magnetism Motors exhibited zero integrity by misrepresented the condition of the vehicle, painting a rosy picture of a well-maintained car when in reality, it was a clunker on its last legs. The level of dishonesty displayed by Magnetism Motors was truly astounding. They conveniently failed to mention the litany of issues plaguing the vehicle. The upper and lower timing cover leaked engine oil, engine oil pressure switch failure, misfires, carbon buildup, and many other issues that were clearly an issue before I purchased the vehicle. Magnetism motors was even adamant that I purchase a warranty that is also useless. These damages clearly occurred prior to my purchase and not equivalent to the time of my ownership of the vehicle. To make matters worse, when I confronted them about the abysmal condition of the car, they were dismissive and uncooperative, refusing to take any responsibility for their blatant deception. It was clear that their only concern was making a quick buck, regardless of the consequences for unsuspecting customers like myself. In conclusion, I would strongly advise anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from Magnetism Motors to proceed with extreme caution. Their lack of integrity and willingness to deceive customers makes them a prime example of everything that is wrong with the used car industry. Save yourself the headache and avoid Magnetism Motors at all costs. So I was scammed by Bill Dangra Magnetism Motors the dealership, Kiara Duarte at Sentry Auto Care the warranty company and Ed Sanchez at Assured First the insurer for Sentry. The Volkswagen dealership service stated "The vehicle failure is not and could not have been prevented In the time of ownership by Antwan F. These Volkswagen are made to inform you of low oil levels, Low oil pressure. The customer wasn't informed of any warning lights, as soon as they felt the vehicle was not running properly, they took the necessary steps to take care of their vehicle. The leak that has developed in the Upper and Lower Timing gasket that later cause further issues resulting in repairs necessary was over a period not equivalent to the time of ownership by the F Family. These damages that took place would have been damage/wear down by prior ownership or in the possession of the Dealership that sold the VOLKSWAGEN PASSAT. I am unaware of any maintenance or upkeep the dealership might have taken to prevent the damages that have now occurred."

This is my horrible experience with them! I made an appointment yesterday in reference to a window replacement for my vehicle, I received a call from Juan and he took all my information down and confirm that someone would be at my home between 9:00 a.m. and noon today. As of 1:30 this afternoon, I still have not heard from anyone there, so I had to called, only to find out that they did not have the glass replacement, nor did it fail to contact me in reference to them not having the glass that they knew they didn't have yesterday. This is the first example of the breakdown of communication, yesterday, I received multiple text messages asking for further information about the vehicle. I sent the information they needed and multiple pictures. The person from dispatch was receiving the pictures, became irate because she could not review the pictures that she accused me of not sending. Once the pictures were found, there was no apology at all for them not receiving all of their text messages that I had sent. That was the first red flag, I should have paid attention. Second red flag was a NO-SHOW this morning between 9:00 and 12:00 noon. Third red flag when I called they act like they didn't know what was going on until Christian said that they did not have the glass that was needed for my vehicle. If you are going to work with this company, I strongly suggest you pay very close attention to all the CONCERNING reviews and do your homework. They're breakdown in communication is extremely horrible!!! It is discouraging, disappointing, and disrespectful when you have a consumer waiting for a particular service all day, and they negated to inform me within a reasonable amount of time this morning so that I can use other options. The weather was bad, it rained all night long, which potentially has furthered damaged the interior of my vehicle. Now, I am going into "Day 2" without a rear windshield!!! Once again, WINDSHIELD HUB I would not use!!! BAAADDD customer service practices!
