My service dog, Bolin, recently passed away from cancer. He was absolutely obsessed with motorcycles but never got the chance to ride one in his lifetime. Jess and Abraham went above and beyond to make his dream come true with a posthumous memorial ride. The care, respect, and empathy they gave us made this experience profoundly meaningful. I had an appointment this morning to have a 5000 mile service done on my road glide CVO. It's been a long time since I've been to Adamac Harley Davidson. I have to say the bike was when promised. I want to share my negative experience with this Harley Davidson dealership. On 12-28-25, I stopped at Adamec HD (Baymeadows) to look at new Harley's. The dealership has a CVO which I like. Due to limited sales staff, I began a conversation with a member of the management staff. We had some negotiations on a price. Once we agree to a price based on their bike and my trades, I stated I would return to purchase the motorcycle. I then called on 12-30-25 to ensure that deal was still valid, I was dealing with another member of the management staff. They advised "Yes, the deal was still good". Once I arrived the deal had changed again, at first it was better for me then changed again to worse for me. On this date, 12-31-25, I spoke with another member of the management staff who again changed the deal. He stated that the deal which we had agreed to was not valid as they would loose money on the trade and cash deal. He reiterated they would not honor agreement but stated if I would agree to pay what he wanted, they would sell me the CVO. This amount was three times the amount agreed upon. I am disappointed in the dealership and its management staff. I can't envision ever stepping foot in this business again. I have left out names and the dollar amount from this review. read more

I went to sell my bike and the quote they gave me started at 7600. Then they needed to take out service that was needed which was 3000. The only problem was that the service only cost 1500. They tried to charge double. Adamec is not a reputable dealer and all other dealers in north Florida feels the same. read more

Just passing through and I was impressed with the jewelry and clothing line up. A lot of winter gear and boots on sale. Parking was extremely easy and their location is right off I-95. When we told them how far out of town we were they threw in a complicated towel and stickers. The staff was very friendly and as we were walking in the doors, coffee was offered to us. Very misleading and manipulative. Shyster tactics with the "man behind the curtain" that makes the decisions, as they play games to get you to buy a bike, no matter what they have to say. Here is my experience... I bought a new Road Glide 3 trike and later found out that other dealers sold it for much less. My bad, as I should have shopped around. After riding it for less than 100 miles, I realized that a trike was not for me. It's a good machine, but operates like an ATV or snowmobile, not a motorcycle. I went back to Adamec to try and trade the trike for a new CVO Road Glide. My jaw dropped when they only offered me about 60% of what I paid a couple months prior. And my experience gets even worse... I decided to keep the trike and buy a Road Glide with a specific orange color scheme. I called the Adamec salesman and asked if he has the bike in stock. He said they had one in a crate, and we began negotiating a cost. We agreed on a price. I hooked up my trailer and drove from northern Alabama to Jacksonville Florida to buy the bike. While driving to Jacksonville, I asked the salesperson to email me the costs so I could make sure it was as discussed. He never sent me the cost breakdown, but did text me a cost that was thousands higher than what we agreed upon. Then, they grossly misquoted me on the state sales tax. When I arrived in Jacksonville I again asked for the cost breakdown before coming to the store to write a check. The salesperson then told me "the bike I wanted was sold," without holding it for me or asking me for a deposit. In reality, they didn't want to honor the price they quoted me on that bike, and instead, said they could get one from another dealer if I gave a deposit. Why did he not ask for a deposit on the bike I drove 10 hours to pick up? Seems like a "bait and switch" deal to me. Bottom line is that they lied to me more than once with their aggressive sales tactics, and totally ripped me off. Be cautious! read more

Goodness gracious, you better hold onto your wallet at this place. They have everything, and I mean everything, you could ever possibly want for your motorcycle or your biker lifestyle, including parts, accessories, household decorations, clothing, baby clothes, dog accessories, etc., etc., etc. It's basically a department store. Seriously. We came here with my husband to check the place out and possibly do a bit of Father's Day shopping. (Sigh... LOL) We left with two pairs of boots (needed) and an incredible handbag (not needed but husband insisted upon getting me) and a couple of other things. We could have spent a lot more money. Yes, a lot of the stuff is overpriced because you are paying for the name/logo. But, the quality of the majority of items justifies the price tag. They had a boot sale going on (BOGO 1/2 off) that totally justified the prices. Oh, and there are motorcycles here. Lots and lots of motorcycles. At least 20 on display outside and I didn't even try to count inside. Wonderful family pictures of the wife of the first owner up on the walls on motorcycles over the decades and historic (super shiny) engines up on the second floor. The young lady who helped us (very patiently) with the boot sales was great, in fact all of the workers we encountered were pleasant and helpful. read more

I purchased a motorcycle from Adamec more than 6 months ago. I had the dealership perform motor modifications that were to yield 150HP and 160 TQ. As per their own admission the bike did not perform to the agreed numbers. After 3 weeks of them attempting to tune the motorcycle properly with no success they left the low end at stock. I needed to travel from NJ to FL to test ride the bike and asked numerous times when I could come down to do so. They kept postponing the date while giving excuses for why the bike was not yet ready. After 3 weeks of back and forth with Adamec, the transport I had paid for could no longer wait so I was forced to accept delivery of the bike without testing it first. Upon receipt of the bike, the performance was subpar,not near what was agreed upon and paid for. After making the service manager Johnny Crumpler aware of the condition of the bike and the lack of performance, he reimbursed me for the tuning and told me to have it tuned at a shop of my choosing. Unfortunately after w lengthy attempts they were not able to tune the bike successfully. My experience has turned into a nightmare. I've had the motorcycle for more than 6 months, it is not rideable however I still have to make my monthly payments. After corresponding with the general manager Phil Carroll he directed me to Barbs Harley Davidson in NJ. I was told by the service manager at Barbs that they could not service the bike due to the fact that Adamac put after market cams and tuner in the bike which voided my warrantee whi h Adamac told me.theynwould uphold by providing me with stock ECM which they did. Phil Carroll is no longer willingness help me so at this point I have no recourse other than to retain councel.​ read more

Husband is looking for a new bike and saw one online at this dealer, so he scheduled a test ride for 0920....hubby is an active duty Army NG so he showed up at 0905..he said not a single person approached him and he wanted to see just how long it would take. At 0945 he gave up and came home..he's getting a Triumph. At 1000 am he received an email from the salesperson asking if he was coming for the ride, when he replied he had been there and left the salesperson said "well why didn't you come find me?" Husbands response: "I'm trying to buy a motorcycle not looking for a clerk at Walmart." I noticed another military person had a similar issue, makes me wonder if the sales person has an issue with military. read more

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!!! I recently purchased a motorcycle from them and financed through Vystar which was offered from them for the convenience. After speaking with the finance manager, Tony, he advised that I could always re finance with Vystar to get a lower rate in a couple of months. After getting off the phone with Vystar, it was revealed that this was a lie because it is an indirect loan and it would take another lender to buy out the loan. Went here this evening to buy my son a Harley Ultra-Guide Classic and was treated royally by the entire staff that was at the dealership even after the stores official closing time of 7pm (we didn't get out of there until 8pm) I highly recommend this dealership if you're considering getting a new ride read more

Bought a 06' Super Glide in August of 2012, 3 months later had to have the primary stator replaces due to it not being properly tightened and it chewed everything to pieces. $1,000 plus later I get my bike back and they cracked the seal between the primary and the engine. I will not be going back to these guys nor would I suggest that anyone looking to get anything done to their bike go here. read more

I WILL NEVER COME BACK. All they want is for you to buy that bike on their terms. If you need any assistance after that, maintenance, reselling, trade ins, etc, they treated me like dirt. There was so much indifference and disrespect that I felt I was in a third world country trying to do business. STAY AWAY. Adamec holds the monopoly of Harleys in Jacksonville and they think they can treat customers any way they want. NOT ME! I would rather ride for miles and seek business elsewhere.I can name some staff members here, but I would rather not. But these are senior representatives in the business. I just had the worst experience in dealing with Harley Davidson Sales service , I asked the salesman for the price of some motorcycles and was told I was not gonna be given the price that would be sold for only sticker price. When I tried to ask a question I was cut off and told unless I was ready to make a deal on the spot, when I have originally explain to the salesman when I walked in the dealership that I was in an accident and my bike was getting totaled and I was waiting for the insurance company to cut a check and I couldn't make a deal today. That I wanted to get some ideas on prices of used and new bikes. The salesman again send it i was not ready to make a deal at that moment he wasnt going to waste his time, I feel that this salesman was trying to bullying me into a choice that I could not make. I dont know if this is how here in Jacksonville bikes are sold but I've never been treated like this in any other Harley Davidson and as an active duty military service member is this how we should expect to be treated after deployments to come home to spend our hard earned money. Please if you are ready this be aware of how you should be treated when spend your money and dont get bullied into something your not ready to do. Prior to this experience I was told to go to the Baymeadows dealership by one of their supervisors to be taken care of because due to miscommunication an employee at the orange park Harley Davidson rise his voice at me on the showroom floor while I was in Uniform this is just not professional and their Supervisors had agreed. read more

Bought a bike from their Orange Park store. Tire was damaged and they told me to replace it where I live in Tallahassee. Emailed my invoice to them like they requested and never got reimbursed. Left multible messages and they never call back. Wish I had never purchased from them and I would recommend traveling to Tallahasse or elsewhere to buy a Harley since they have Jacksonville covered being they own all the Harley stores there. I gladly travel an extra 50 miles to deal with Paul and the Adamec service dept.
