I asked for Cash price out the door. had to beg for a response over 36 hours later. To be told the best they could do was $8800 out the door. What they don't know is that I work in the marine industry and understand tax and title in addition to other fees. I brought my bike in, stated my issues with the rear brake kept locking up on me during rides & low oil pressure light. I really just wanted to know if it was the caliper or the master cylinder. $212 later I was told by one person the test ride was fine and that it's actually my motor going bad and I should think about getting a new bike. The next person said I shouldn't even ride the bike home because it was dangerous. Was very frustrated to leave with no answers I was looking for and no help. I ended up ordering my own parts and replacing everything and my bike rides great now. Can't say I'd recommend this place for service at least. read more

When I asked about the GPS and battery service fee the sales manager informed me that this was standard from Yamaha and there was nothing that could be done. This was a blatant lie don't believe it if they feed you the same BS. Not only that but they said they would deliver it to my home, and that never happened because the driver could not come when I was available even though I had given them my schedule ahead of time. So I had to go pick up the bike at a later date and when I did the process took roughly 2 hours because the keys had been misplaced. I would really like to thank Scott from service who did an amazing job working on my bike, he was super friendly and also went out of his way to help me out with certain last minute concerns I had about the bike. Though it was closing time I did not feel rushed and he took the time to answer all the questions I had about the bike.He was very professional and made me feel like a valued customer. Isaiah and others from service dept was also very friendly and we had a good conversation while I was waiting on my bike. My 2014 VMAX broke down on I-295 and I looked up nearby Yamaha service centers when Beach blvd Motorsports came up. Called the location and they were super polite and patient.When I got there, Matt and Bill from service helped me get a detailed estimate,they were very patient and professional as I worked my way through the process .The person from parts whom I spoke to on the phone was very helpful in giving me the pricing on the parts the bike needed. ATTENTION!!!!!!! A COMPLETE AND UTTER NIGHTMARE!!!!!!! I was in the market for a PWC and had my eye on the 2018 GP 1800. It is a lot of money, but I thought I would see if I could qualify for a loan. I qualified over the phone and they told me everything I wanted to hear. Then the lies and deception surfaced. First they told me I would have a full tank of gas, which was a lie. They only gave me a quarter tank. First hour in the water, I broke down at 6pm. Due to the Resonator not being installed correctly. I was stranded for 4 hours in the rain with two children, into the night. When I called them, all they could say was its operator error 99.9% of the time and that I must of did something wrong. They offered no help. I eventually got towed and got home at 2am. They do not inspect the internal components of their units and just expect everything inside to be good from the factory. Then they told me I would have a cover in two days, It took a week after I told them it would be outside and that I needed a cover asap. Then a Yamaha credit card came in the mail. At no point, was I informed that I did not qualify for the regular loan and that it was converted to a credit card. I thought I was getting a loan that would help my credit. Instead they deceived me and made me think it was a regular loan. They maxed out a credit card they issued through Yamaha. Now my credit will be hurt, due to a maxed out credit card I cannot pay down soon enough. Their response was, you should of read the fine print. All these people care about, is screwing you over in every way possible and making as much money off you as they can. Once they get what they want you are left alone and helpless, as they hide behind their shrouded policies. They even make a killing off of selling Yamaha warranties and gap coverage. Unless you have money to throw away, do not get a Yamaha period. But if you must go Yamaha, please find another dealer for your own Mental/financial health. Yamaha and dealers are separate. The dealer is allowed to do what ever they want. So don't think Yamaha can help you at all. This has been by far, the worst experience of my life. The entire time I was treated as a burden and just another profit margin. I left this review to prevent any future misery and false expectations. Do not trust this business. Was looking for an ATV for my grandson! Was dealing with Chris, had gone by the dealership a few times and had even taken my grandson by to look at ATV's to see his preference! I had also priced Kawasaki's 50 atv ($3000) OTD. When I asked Chris about the Out The Door price he said he needed to go to his sales manager who after two runs to his supervisor settled at ($3200) OTD. When I went in to do the paperwork the guy said here is your Agricultural Tax Exemption form! I said I don't qualify for agriculture exemption nor did we even discuss this. The guy said yeah if you get caught claiming this it is like a $5000 fine! I said why would I sign this and risk a $5000 fine to save less than $200 in taxes! He said a lot of people do it, the paperwork stays in house. You would only get caught if we get audited by the state! i said well I'm not signing it! He called in the sales manager who said oh I thought I explained that to you. If I didn't sign it the price would go up the cost of the taxes! I walked out and went straight to the Kawasaki dealership on Atlantic Blvd where I purch the ATV at the price they quoted and had a great buying experience with the staff! read more

They told me that they will not change this because they basically want to continue wasting peoples time. I had even emailed them multiple times about information on the bike with no response. They offered me 6,500$ for my bike which was a fair offer. Then I started to talk to the new sales manager as we were going over some paperwork. I told him how I bought bikes there before and how they have always done all of my maintenance work. He looked up my bike which I purchased there and said nope, I'll only give you 5,000$for it now because you purchased here for 9,000 dollars 2 years ago. He really pissed me off with all of the business I have given them and now they evidently do not care about repeat customers. Absolutely the worst service in over 30 years of riding! I've owned over 15 bikes in my life and never have I witnessed such inexcusable lack of care or knowledge as to servicing a Yamaha At a Yamaha dealership! Wanted to install race tech upgrades went to speak in per before bringing in forks. They said oh yes we do those all the time. Made a appointment for a week later. Dropping off my forks for what they said was a three day turnaround! After one week with them I returned to find out status they were untouched on they table where I left them! Saying they needed to order a Yamaha tool "Yamaha dealer mind you" not even touching the race tech parts I supplied upon delivery. End result after keeping them for one month was they didn't know how to put on so reassembled and gave back only putting in springs and new seals. Never ever opened valving parts ! Tried to say they were wrong parts! They are not! These guys a clueless!! Stay away from them ! Biggest group of no communication non educated service center I've ever seen !! These guys know what they're doing. I've brought my Katana several times here for tune up, tire replacement, oil change, etc and my bike only rides better after each time. Was told to make the first Payment they would send the paper work in and not have a payment for three months. Next month rolls around they didn't send the paper work. Once again shafted by Beach Blvd Motor sports!! Charged 138.00 dollars to tell me there was nothing wrong with my scooter. Two days after being told it was fine and just had some corrosion on battery cable. That the speedometer cable was loose causing the error code, I went out to crank the scooter two days later. It would not start. So I took the battery out and went to auto zone. It was dead. When I took the battery out one of the battery connect nuts was missing as well and corrosion all over the battery. Pics coming. I expect a full refund of my $138.00. I have nothing positive to report about this business, other than the owner seems nice. Check the dates of receipts. I have had nothing but trouble from this scooter not cranking on many occasions, or cutting off completely in low idle. After going in for service it is returned to me not running at all or not running correctly. Did I mention it doesn't even have 4000 miles on it! read more

I had some warranty work done for my 2020 Yamaha 195 FSH sport. Jeremy in service was awesome! He under promised and over delivered on all of the items to be fixed. Turnaround time has been excellent. Nothing major but Jeremy and his staff made me feel like I was the only boat owner that needed to be serviced that day. Bought a bike from these guys out of state, and was charged a $500 inspection fee. When I received the bike, it did not run. Spent $800 replacing a ceased fuel pump, and another $250 to repair the multiple mechanic codes for faulty manifold pressure sensor and cracked vacuum hose, and some really bad hack wiring job and missing factory plugs. Bike arrived with blinking codes and dead fuel pump. Owner was not cooperative at all, and eventually ignored my requests for my inspection fee to be returned, even after I sent him multiple photos and invoice copies. My local KTM shop is horrified that an owner would do this to a customer. It seems that they did not really do an inspection, and certainly not one worth $500! Thinking of contacting KTM to let them know. Total let down. Bike was in the shop all summer long, as I watched my riding season slip away. read more

On this past Saturday I purchase my second Yamaha jetski ftom this Dealer great sales and service I've always exceeded my expectations.

I took my 2019 KTM 450sxf to service to try and fix an issue where the bike would run for 5 to 10 seconds and then shuts off, they figured it was the fuel pump because of the tests they ran and made me spend 600 dollars to overnight a new fuel pump and after they finished changing it they told me it was fixed and ready for pick-up, when I picked up the bike, I started it and still had the problem of the bike shutting off, so they started pointing out how my air filter was dirty, how my oil had 9 hours of use, that I didn't check the valves after 1 hour of use and that it could be anything causing the problem. Turns out that that bike, being fuel injected, has a censor under the battery called the "roll over censor", that is made specifically to shut the bike off when it is not in the right side up position or tipped over, and they had no clue about it since they failed to check that censor to make sure if it was right side up, only with the help of "YouTube" I was able to fix the problem myself after 2 days wasted in that shop, not to mention how they were constantly laughing and mocking my bike and how shitty KTM's are and how his Suzuki ran so perfect... bunch of dickheads read more

Joe answered our millions of questions honest and with patience. Shawn was a great help in finding the right helmets. As they weren't in stock and had to be ordered, he gave my husband a loaner helmet and even offered to lend me his private one as they didn't had an extra small loaner helmet for me. It's always nice to deal with people who actually enjoy what they do vs that dreaded used car salesmen with the crappy hand shake. Got my bike from Jeff in sales, great guy. No bs, really appreciated his style in making this an awesome experience. Didn't try to push me into anything other then what i wanted. And thats always appreciated. Shop. So far very happy, of course not the cheapest in the world but the guys in the back seem pretty cool and straight up no games, and I'm very good with bringing my bike back to them anytime i need service or work done. I purchased a used motorcycle there a few months back. Tags took a while to come in, and they had issues with their temp tag machine. Other than that, they have been good. They honored their word on the safety equipment being functional (They repaired broken turn signal) since I could not inspect it due to a dead battery when I purchased the bike.
