After emailing multiple times with pics of the brazed joints and description of the failed compressor to David Flores, HE NEVER ONCE RETURNED MY EMAIL and when I called, the call "Failed". I still owed $1600. on a unit which could NOT be repaired due to INCORRECT INSTALLATION , and ultimately I had to buy a new mini split from another company. And Airbourne air seems reputable, but I got totally screwed by them and no one from their office even ONCE returned my many attempts to contact concerning their faulty installation. The pic shows the brazed joints. And Im still having to pay the rest of the cost EVEN THOUGH FAULTY INSTALLATION WAS THE ROOT CAUSE!

Pretty much a bunch of BS I called Efficient Polar Air they came out Saturday at 9PM said that the builder when the HVAC person installed the unit they didn't vacuum enough and if anything the expansion valve needed to be changed and vacuum to be done but couldn't confirm anything Nicks Pluming/AC was saying. They fixed the issue for there standard service call and if it keeps reoccuring the expansion valve and vacuum needs to be done. Do yourself a favor and if you have any AC issue call Efficient Polar Air!!! They saved me so much $$$$ by being honest and quick.
