Being a homeowner for over 10 years I have had my share of problems with my ac and heating system. I would say I have used 3 to 4 different ac companies in those ten years. * New (used) home owner here! I have never met someone who cares so much about their customers. To Huy, it's more than just money. His goal is to provide you with the best experience possible. I scheduled an inspection with him and unfortunately, our A/C system needed to be replaced. Not only was is Stone Age old and not up to code, but it was also malfunctioning and running both the A/C and heater at the same time. Huy gave me a thorough walkthrough and break down of everything that needed to be replaced (he even supplied photos). I was actually horrified at the people who did the work previously and I wish I got it checked out before I bought the house. Absolute best HVAC service we have ever received. We have been through several contractors in the past year trying to rectify our cooling situation in our home. Finally found a trustworthy, honest, and professional A/C service. We previously contacted a nearby service who diagnosed the problem as having a leak in the coils of both units that were less than 4 years old. The bid for warranty repair was over $2,400. We contacted AMS Airpro and Nguyen scheduled a visit the next day. He arrived on time and immediately and began checking the system to diagnose the problem. He inspected the entire system and found there was a leak on one of the units that needed repairs, the other unit was working properly and needed no repairs. He quickly collected the warranty information and provided me with a bid. His team arrived with the new coil a day later and within hours the house was below 68 degrees. Unfortunately the most commun worst case A/C scenario is when the unit fails Ins Friday night ora weekend. typically you're at the mercy of super high overtime rates and inflated trip charges. After numerous calls I finally found AMS ColdPro. They only charged the normal trip charge (which by get way was cheaper than several) and no overtime rate. They were also very personable and had very timely response time. Those things alone would have been enough to give a 5 star rating. But my problem turned out to be even worse at my condenser had to be replaced. After getting a 2nd and 3rd opinion. AMS ColdPro proved to be both honest and the lowest cost for a new high end Lennox replacement unit. The best part is they went the extra mile and arranged Sunday delivery and installation. IF you want an honest, licensed person working on your AC AMS AirPro is the way to go! Very trustworthy. We have been having problems with our AC cooling and where told by a different company that we needed freon (this is what we are always told) I decide to call AMS to get a second opinion (very glad I did) They came out with-in the hour checked our levels turned out we did not need freon as our system was over charged, we actually needed other work done. Our system stopped working around 8 pm on Saturday evening. We called around and AMS ColdPro came out the very next morning. Huy and his other tech was here on time. Checked over our system and informed us that it wasn't in fact the system itself that wasn't functioning properly. We purchase our house in 2004 new it's a 2 story with 1 A/C unit and zoned air conditioning. It has been a pile of junk from day one. I have replaced it twice and still never cooled good and our electric Bill's were incredibly high. They replaced my unit and removed the zoned system. Had an AC company come out, and they told me that I needed an entire new system for $7,800.00. A friend referred me to AMS, and they came out for a second opinion.
