Several weeks later, my car wouldn't start and stranded me in my neighborhood. I thought it might be related to the repair, so I contacted K&B. They came out, checked my car, towed it back in, ran multiple diagnostic tests. The problem was not due to anything they did, but they made sure they found out what was going on and got my car into a nearby mechanic for repair. I don't know of any other body shop that would go this far above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. That's fair and honest customer service in my book and should be in anybody's.
