While out on errands that afternoon, we stopped in and the tech assured me it would be done that evening or early in the am as he came in by 8am. I stepped into the office to ask for pricing and Jeremy quoted me a price and I thanked him and told him we'd see him early in the morning. That's where it went sideways. My husband and son arrived to pick them up thinking they would be done. They were not and Jeremy got pretty rude saying that they were "going to get to them in 20 mins or so." Considering they had not been touched, we decided to take them somewhere else and he became pretty belligerent saying we were harassing him and he had "an entire parking lot full of cars needing to be fixed". There was no need for his attitude. I cannot speak for the level of workmanship as Jeremy's attitude dissuaded us from doing business with this location. Auto repair/mechanic shops are plentiful and in a service industry where the "face of the company" matters as much as the craftsmanship of the job, this location is missing a huge piece of the puzzle. If friendly and HONEST service matters to you, I'd steer clear.

It was unbelievable the amount of time (3+ hours) we had to wait for the "finance department" to print a total of 10 papers to sign. I couldn't help but think maybe the "managers" behind the front desk in the middle of the showroom could put their food down and get the paperwork moving. Very unprofessional. After almost an 8 hr day, we left the dealership with my husbands truck. Only to wake up the next morning with a check engine light on.

This place is totally void of customer service, and the way they service their cars is terrifying. I bought a car with bad rear breaks that was overdue on transmission fluid. I got those resolved the day after purchasing, but would absolutely never trust this dealership to service its cars or customers well.

I called these guys to see if they could help me out with getting the bolt out, assuming it'd be a weird request. They were happy to have my come in, though, and took care of the oil change for me while they were at it. Since I already had the oil, filter, and replacement plug they only charged me $10! Everyone who I spoke to was friendly and seemed to genuinely enjoy their work. Bonus points for knowing how to drive a stick (you'd be surprised how often employees tire/car places no one that can). I would definitely recommend them to a friend!

Basically, "bait and switch" deals with a disingenuous advertisement. If the seller does not intend to sell you the "bait," and does any of the following in the course of selling other merchandise, then it's probably the "bait and switch": Refuses to take orders for the bait. Fails to meet anticipated demand for the bait without disclosing the bait's limited availability in the ad. Consumer laws consider the bait and switch to be fraudulent because the manufacturer is advertising a product that it does not actually intend to sell at that price and mandate that no advertisement should propose to sell an item that it does not actually intend to distribute at the advertised price. First day of a recent promo, no one responded to my inquiry and by the second day when I did receive a reply (after I had begged 3 different Sales reps via email) all advertised vehicles were unavailable. For days afterward, the dealer's website continued to advertise the special when there was absolutely no chance anyone could take advantage. Very sad and desperate.
