Jay Schultz the project manager who I was working with, I cannot rave enough about him: his professionalism, his responsiveness, his articulacy, his patience... Please know that I'm a first timer with new construction, with background in software technologies not construction. There were many things I did not know or hadn't thought of, led to several times of build/no-build, and the whole time Jay patiently corresponded with me, provided me the information and details whenever I needed, all the while being encouraging and positive. For the most part, my experience with construction field has being negative, but Jay represented Green Tech's value exceptionally well, which was customer-service and satisfaction on all phases of the project. Due to my own lack of experience with permitting process, by the time I got to the state I was comfortable to sign contracts and such, the permit had expired! Ahhh... Consequently the construction is being postponed until plans are being updated to latest codes and new permit issued. I want to thank Jay and Green Tech for their consistent customer-service and the level of professionalism shown rare in the construction industry. I would've given a 5-star if it were not for the high price proposed for my project, though I would've used Green Tech had my permit was valid.

Dan was so good that we used him to do almost all of the other work in the job. Total kitchen remodel and additional master bathroom, all the painting and some additional plumbing and electrical work. He's a dream to work with! A great listener. He did not try to mansplain me. So refreshing. Great collaborator. He goes above and beyond. Can't wait to start a new project with him!

Long story short: slow draining bathtub and gurgling toilet clued us in that our sewer lines needed something. Dan returned my Yelp request for contractors and provided helpful guidance and no pressure offer to check it out. He was very clear and precise up front about the cost of inspection and then costs for possible repairs, which depended upon what he and the scope discovered. He installed two clean outs, relined the 50+ year old cement sewer line, applied for permit and inspection, and was on site during inspection and promptly filled in the hole. His crew was polite, efficient, and tidy! Dan was helpful and extremely communicative and punctual. We have recommended ATC to others and will call him again if ever needed - which we shouldn't but it is comforting to know we know a trustworthy and honest plumbing contractor!

I had a bathroom remodel I was told it would take 3-4 weeks, almost 4 months later, I hired another contractor to complete the job. The tile is poorly set, it is not level, the grout is not flush with the tile. Tile was scratched. Some of the new fixtures are scratched. They received the tile in plenty of time, however failed to check the shipment and when it was time for install found the boxes and tile damaged, another delay. My husband had to fix the barn doors that were installed, while doing so, found several broken screws and numerous drill holes. The cross slates were glued on not nailed, they have been replaced twice by us. Didn't fix a joist in the floor, that was on the job list. Called me and demanded final payment when the job was not finished. (didn't pay completely until finished). It was excuse after excuse.

They can hang a shower door crooked.. but then tell you after the fact that they did it to make it plumb to the shower instead of giving you a heads up before doing it. 2. They fixed a hole in the ceiling. And when you call them on it, they come back to fix it with your own materials. 3. First attempt to reattach molding around a closet door and they break it and call it good. Second attempt to fix they cut it short and claim that it dosen't come that long. But strangely the third attempt it came out fine. 4. I had a complaint that the the mixing valve on the shower wasn't getting hot enough, so they kindly set it to scald (Max). When asked if there was an in between, they said yes but left it at max. 5. They brought a dumpster in for the demo of the bathroom and told us if we wanted to, we could put stuff in there but not to go over the lip of it. But then told us it was saposto be for the demo only and they should have charged us for it. My problem with that was if that's the case, I must have gotten a new garbage disposal and been full of all that fast food garbage that was in there too.. 6. They also wanted to charge us work that was not done. 7. The contract stated 2-piece tub but a one piece showed up, so they had to cut a hole in the side of the house and and left the corner uncovered for a day while it rained. In short, if I hadn't have check the work at all times, I would have gotten suckered.
