Booking was easy - send an email detailing the work requested and they send a bid (granted, they've done work for us before so that speeds things up.) This week's projects incl. power washing our deck & driveway, a total low-pressure clean up of our composite roof, rinsing the gutters and cleaning the windows and skylights on both stories. Everything looks great! Rodrigo showed up (appropriately masked) promptly on both days, was friendly & thorough, worked safely and with care for our landscaping and did a great clean-up (shovels full of moss from the driveway power washing!) after the work was done. Home maintenance projects are definitely one of those things where you get what you pay for. Go with a cheap fly-by-night operation and you'll get what you pay for. Not only could they not stick within the timeline, but they did things so bass-ackwards that the new contractor had to redo so much of what I had been billed and paid for... for instance, before rebuilding the wall, they set the trusses. The trusses were set crooked and a couple were set backwards. Two of them broke because of the stress of being wrongly installed. They billed for full demolition, but did not complete it. They billed for clearing the crawl space and laying plastic, but it was not done. They used 2x4 for an exterior wall when code is 2'6. I could go on and on, but the biggest of all their mistakes was that they have a $30K installment that has not been used and claim they don't have to refund me. There is a lawsuit in the works. Better Business Bureau is involved. The state attorney General is aware, and waiting on others to let them know of the deceitful practices. He threatened to sue me if I gave a negative review, but the truth is something he can't defend against... His response to my complaint with the BBB: " on Thursday, July 13, 2023 The Contractor and Mrs. Johnson entered into a contract for the Contractor to provide services. The contract included a clause that stated that the entire contract amount would become due if the client stopped, slowed, hindered, or in any way prohibited the Contractor from providing work or fulfilling the Contractor's obligations. Mrs. Johnson violated this clause by refusing to provide access to the worksite, failing to provide timely approvals, making unreasonable demands, and requesting to separate from further services from the contractor. As a result, the Contractor was unable to complete the work and suffered significant financial losses. The Contractor's attorneys have reviewed the facts of the case and believe that Mrs. Johnson has violated the contract. They are currently gathering the necessary information and will be responding to Mrs. Johnson shortly with a more detailed account of the client's violations. In addition to the contract amount, the Contractor will also be filing separate lawsuits for each instance of inaccurate and negative reviews found on social media sites and government agencies. These reviews are highly inaccurate and blatantly misleading, and they could have a significant negative impact on the Contractor's business. The Contractor hopes that Mrs. Johnson will resolve this matter promptly and to the satisfaction of the contractor. If they do not hear from Mrs. Johnson within 10 business days, they will assume that she does not dispute their claims and will proceed with legal action. The Contractor is confident that they will be successful in their legal action. They have a strong case, and they are represented by experienced attorneys. They are also prepared to take this matter to court if necessary. The Contractor is committed to protecting their rights and their business. They will not tolerate being treated unfairly or having their reputation damaged. They are confident that they will be successful in their legal action and that they will be able to recover the full amount of the contract and damages for the negative reviews". We got three bids to paint our 850 square foot condo interior walls and trim, they were solidly in the middle price-wise and we are glad to have picked them. David was careful and detailed in his quote (and we were worried that the low bid had not really thought through the job and would hit us with extra costs). I visited while they were working and he had a crew of four in there doing careful and detailed work. They finished well ahead of time and at budget and did a few extra things (not technically in their scope) just to make it all look better. They broke a small cheap light fixture at one point but immediately called to report it and ultimately replaced it at no cost to us, including installation. We actually also had an issue with how the paint dried the first time, however - when David found out about it (one of the buckets of paint had the wrong sheen), he and his foreman came and resolved it IMMEDIATELY even though we had already paid him in full, so he could easily have ignored us. And that "immediately" was from 9:00pm - Midnight on a Sunday night because our carpet installation was scheduled for the next day. Pretty unreal customer service actually - true professionals. Their actual work was detailed and careful, and the place looks great - I will upload photos once we get them back. Bottom line: Great company, very complete work - strong oversight and quality control, clear communication and overall attention to detail. I recommend them!

His attention to detail is immaculate and makes sure every nook and cranny is given attention. This exterior job was "tricky" considering the awful smoke and also being in a pandemic. To prevent the need from coming in/out of the house for bathroom needs, he arranged for a honey bucket. Even on the worst of the polluted days, he showed up on time and took care of business. Overall, the project took 10 business days to complete; 6 days were just spent masking and prepping the surfaces.
